Judah Samet was around 6 or 7 when he watched as a Nazi soldier put a gun to his mother's head, simply because she spoke without being spoken to while on a train headed to Auschwitz. On Saturday, the 80-year-old Holocaust survivor, watched as a gunman mowed down his friends at Tree of Life Synagogue in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania."It just never ends. It's never completely safe for Jews. It's in the DNA. Not just America's DNA but the world's," Samet told CNN.Samet was running four minutes behind on Saturday, although he is almost never late to synagogue. When he arrived, he could hear bullets flying flying from a gunman inside his place of worship. He could see the man who would be charged with a hate crime for killing 11 people inside his place of worship. 770

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - CVS Pharmacy continues to work on a nationwide computer system glitch that some customers said prevented them from getting their medicine this week. The pharmacy giant said Tuesday customers should be now be able to fill and pick up their prescriptions. But customers took to Twitter to complain that some stores still couldn't dispense prescriptions. Others said CVS could not process insurance claims, forcing customers to pay out of pocket. The problem centers on interruptions CVS locations have connecting to the nationwide system.  If you're experiencing an issue, call 1-800-SHOP-CVS (746-7287). 649

Kraft Dinner wants to make fall extra special this year, so they're releasing pumpkin spice mac and cheese. But there's a catch. And with it being so popular, Kraft said the tasty treat is coming to the U.S.“After seeing the huge response Pumpkin Spice Mac & Cheese received north of the border, and even hearing some heated debates about it down here, we had to bring it to the U.S. for Americans to try,” said Martina Davis, Brand Manager for Kraft Macaroni and Cheese in the press release. “Who knows? Maybe it could become a new North American fall favorite.”If you would like to get your hands on the mac and cheese, you have from Sept. 25-29 to enter for a chance to snag yourself a box. For a chance to win, use hashtags #PumpkinSpiceKMC #Sweepstakes and tag @KraftMacNCheese on Twitter, the company said in the release. The box comes with dry macaroni noodles, and pumpkin spice flavored powder to add to the classic cheese powder, plus cinnamon, which you can sprinkle on top and a coffee mug. 1201

KANSAS CITY, Mo. --  Most people quit their jobs by submitting a resignation letter or simply not showing up, but one local man is going viral for the unique way he quit at an area Popeyes.Cedrick Workuff grabs a microphone before he heads into the Popeyes near 103rd and State Line Rd. Tuesday afternoon. "I come in here and slave all the time," he says in the now-viral video. "They think I'm going to go in there and be like 'I quit, I quit.' No, I'm about to go in there and sing."Followed by his friend, Marco Summers, who is recording on his phone, Workuff grabs a microphone and heads to the door. "Excuse me, sir," Workuff said as he squeezes past a customer at the door. "I'm about to quit my job today." In the next few minutes, Workuff improvises a catchy song as the chuckling customers and confused employees stare on. Since the video was posted Tuesday afternoon, it's earned over 72800 views and nearly 13,000 shares. So what's the story behind the viral video? In an interview with 41 Action News, Workuff revealed he didn't even work at the Popeyes in the first place. Summers says he made the video to spread positivity and make people laugh."It's something me and Marco wanted to put in the works," said Summers. "It wasn't planned. It was all improvised. Only the idea was planned." Summers says he's made several other videos that have been shared by celebrities and TV shows like 'Right This Minute.'He gets his inspiration from his own experiences."I've been through most of the stories I talk about. Instead of letting them damage me, I make them something funny," Summers said. "It's opening a door for people to laugh at situations like that."Summers and Workuff hope to someday turn their stories into a TV show. "If we don't make people smile, we failed," Summers said. "Our main missing is to bring back peace and love through laughter," Workuff said. Summers posts videos on his Facebook and Youtube.  **Please be aware - this video does contain some explicit language.  2098
