Reports indicate that Toys R Us could be the next retailer to file for bankruptcy.The Wall Street Journal reports that the toy retailer could file for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in the next few weeks, just a few months out from the crucial holiday season.According to the Journal, the chain's suppliers are hesitant to ship new items before putting money down. The company is facing a debt of billion stemming from a leveraged buyout in 2005.Toys R Us has already received most of its holiday shipments, but could soon be prevented from receiving any additional toys before the shopping season begins.Toys R Us is just one of a number of retailers who have struggled as Americans have started doing more of their shopping online. Susan Collins, of Maine, is calling embattled EPA Administrator Scott Pruitt "the wrong person" to head the agency "on policy grounds alone."Collins voted against Pruitt's confirmation, and said Sunday on CNN's "State of the Union" that his actions on the environment, "whether it's trying to undermine the Clean Power Plan or weaken the restrictions on lead or undermine the methane rules," validate her decision.Pruitt has come under fire for a string of ethically questionable actions over the past year, including renewed questions over the amount he is spending on his large security detail?and over his travel and housing arrangements."This daily drop of accusations of excessive spending and ethical violations serve to further distract the agency from accomplishing its very important mission," Collins said. However, Lansford said the second man continued on a tirade and threatened the original man.At that point, with the flight ready to depart, security was called in to remove the man who refused to wear a mask.As the man got up to be escorted out, Lansford believes he took a punch at the second passenger. A brief physical scuffle occurred and Lansford ran to the front of the plane.Lansford says the flight crew handled the entire situation really well.While the original man was escorted off, the second passenger was not removed from the plane despite his participation in the fight.When contacted by FOX 13, Allegiant reiterated its position on wearing face masks on flights."Face coverings must be made of solid material, fully cover the mouth and nose, fit snugly against the face, and be secured under the chin. Prohibited coverings include those with exhalation valves, holes (such as lace or mesh), neck gaiters, and bandanas. Face shields may be worn in addition to a face covering, but not as an alternative."The flight eventually departed and arrived in Provo without any further incident.According to Mesa Police, 52-year-old Rio James Honaker was charged with disorderly conduct. He was diagnosed in early July with the coronavirus.He was set to return to the team by mid-month, however a health screening discovered a heart condition that will sideline Rodriguez for the 2020 season. Rodriguez is 27 years old.The condition is called myocarditis, when the heart becomes inflamed. Inflammation of the heart muscle was recently identified in two studies looking at lingering health effects in coronavirus survivors.Rodriguez did not experience chest pain or any symptoms, according to multiple media outlets.The condition was revealed during an MRI to check his heart following COVID-19.He said the experience was eye opening, but that having a mother who is a nurse has helped put his mind at ease.“The heart is the most important part of your body, so when you hear that — the first time that I heard it — I was kind of scared,” Rodriguez told Mass Live on July 26. “Now that I know what it is, it’s still scary, but now I know exactly what it is. Just talk to my mom, talk to my wife, they know what I have and everything. Now we just gotta take the rest. That’s hard, but you gotta take a rest.''According to the Mayo Clinic, “Myocarditis is an inflammation of the heart muscle (myocardium). Myocarditis can affect your heart muscle and your heart’s electrical system, reducing your heart’s ability to pump and causing rapid or abnormal heart rhythms (arrhythmias).”Rodriguez’s doctors told him that 10-20% of people who have had COVID-19 also have been diagnosed with myocarditis, according to the Associated Press.Rodriguez previously said that his bout with the coronavirus had left him feeling “100 years old” and that it took him about 10 days before he was able to do any light throwing.He said he’s currently not experiencing any COVID-19-related symptoms. 1927
