BEIJING, July 21 (Xinhua) -- Some Chinese enterprises have inquired with U.S. exporters about the purchase of agricultural produce and applied for the lifting of tariffs on the products in accordance with the regulations of the Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council, Chinese authorities said Sunday.

"China adopts a holistic approach to security governance that addresses both symptoms and root causes. China's proposals on the Asia-Pacific security architecture are meant to complete and improve the existing mechanisms rather than overturn them and start all over again," he said.

The Chinese foreign minister noted that China is willing to work together with France to continuously push for the implementation of the Paris climate change agreement and promote the green, low-carbon and sustainable development of the world.
