(KGTV) - A San Marcos woman is speaking out for the first time about her ,000,000 claim against San Diego County.She told 10News that two sheriff's deputies knocked on her door in the middle of the night last August for a welfare check.  There was no problem and they left but she said Deputy Richard Fischer returned alone an hour later, saying he needed to use her restroom; then told her she was cute and hugged her, several times."It wasn't an okay hug.  I was stunned, shocked.  It was very fast and confusing."She resisted. "Yeah, I felt very vulnerable, intimidated, felt weak. I felt little.  It's just a mess! Everything is a mess!   This is hard to do. He shouldn't have come back to my house and I don't ... everything's a mess!"Three months later, she said she's still frightened."Would I open the door anymore? No. I think he's bad for law enforcement and bad for me. I think he's a bad guy!"Dep. Fischer was placed on administrative duties after the complaint was filed.  An investigation is ongoing, now with two more women talking to investigators.Another San Marcos woman told a similar story.  An Alpine woman said she was arrested on a questionable charge, handcuffed, and fondled while in restraints. 1329

Saudi Arabia's King and its de facto leader have called the son of slain journalist Jamal Khashoggi to express their condolences, Saudi state media has reported.Saudi King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud made a phone call to Salah Khashoggi, the eldest son of deceased journalist Jamal Khashoggi, to express "his condolences to the family and relatives of the late Jamal Khashoggi," the state-run SPA news agency reported Monday.Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman also called the younger Khashoggi, who "expressed his sincere thanks" to the Crown Prince for his thoughts, according to SPA.Salah Khashoggi, who lives in the Saudi city of Jeddah, has been unable to travel out of Saudi Arabia for several months, as his passport had been invalidated, according to sources close to the family. SANTEE (CNS) - One person was found dead at the scene of an apparent single-vehicle crash this morning.A car was found off the roadway just before 8 a.m. near the 11400 block of Woodside Avenue, San Diego County Sheriff's Lt. Dave Perkins said.Details were scant, but Perkins said deputies found a woman, later identified as 40-year-old Ashleigh Hanson, inside the car who appeared to have died of injuries sustained in a crash.It's unknown at this time if drugs or alcohol were factors in the crash or if whether played a role. 537

Secretary of State Mike Pompeo says the U.S. is considering a ban on Chinese social media apps, including the wildly popular short video platform TikTok.In an interview Monday with Fox News' Laura Ingraham, Pompeo said people should only download the app if they want their private information in the hands of the Chinese Communist Party.TikTok is owned by ByteDance, a company based in Beijing. Though the app has said that it operates independently from the Chinese government, it also claims its data centers are located outside China and not subject to Chinese law.Pompeo's remarks came hours ahead of an announcement by TikTok that said it would no longer operate the app in Hong Kong.The company said Tuesday in a statement that it had decided to halt operations "in light of recent events."TikTok's departure from Hong Kong comes as various social media platforms and messaging apps — including Facebook, WhatsApp, Telegram, Google and Twitter — balk at the possibility of providing user data to Hong Kong authorities.The social media companies say they are assessing the ramifications of the national security law.India banned TikTok earlier this month amid a border standoff between Chinese and Indian troops. 1226
