Former Vice President Joe Biden came out ahead in Thursday's duel of town halls with President Donald Trump — at least in terms of TV ratings.According to The Associated Press, Biden garnered 14.1 million viewers on ABC between 8 p.m. ET and 9 p.m. ET on Thursday night. During that same time span, Trump drew a total of 13.5 million viewers during his hour-long event on NBC. These numbers include ratings for both network and cable audiences, who could have watched the president's event on CNBC or MSNBC. Biden's event was only broadcast on ABC on TV. Trump and Biden were originally slated to appear together for a town hall-style debate. However, the Commission on Presidential Debates said earlier this month that the event would take place virtually following Trump's COVID-19 diagnosis. Four suspects that were allegedly involved in the murder of Baltimore County Police Officer Amy Caprio have been identified and charged as adults.Eugene Genius IV, 17, Darrell Ward, 15, Derrick Matthews, 16, and Dawnta Harris, 16, are all being charged with first-degree murder after Caprio, was run over by a car and killed on Monday. Genius, Ward, and Matthews are also facing first-degree burglary charges as well. On Monday, the teenagers were allegedly breaking into homes in the Perry Hall area when Caprio responded. Genius, Ward, and Matthews were reportedly inside a home when Caprio arrived.Harris was waiting in a Jeep Wrangler, and when Officer Caprio told him to get out of the car he allegedly ran her over and then drove away. After a multi-day manhunt, al four teenagers are in police custody.According to charging documents, Genius was arrested a day after the murder occurred and objected to his murder charges, saying that he was in the house when the murder happened. He added that he only knew two of the others involved, not all three. They all have a trial date of June 1. ????Harris has been charged with a series of carjackings, including stealing the vehicle that police say was used to kill officer Caprio. Fierce winds and lightening strikes created by a powerful dust storm have killed around 100 people in northwestern India since late Wednesday, according to local authorities.In the state of Rajasthan, at least 31 people died and around 120 people were injured after winds downed more than 8,000 electricity poles and uprooted hundreds of trees, Jaipur District Divisional Commissioner T Ravi Kant told CNN."This has resulted in widespread electricity cuts and water shortages.
