The Trump campaign has filed a second lawsuit to stop ballot counting the day after the election. This time in Pennsylvania.In a release sent to supporters, the president’s campaign says they are taking several legal actions concerning Pennsylvania ballots. The first is they are “moving to intervene in the existing Supreme Court litigation over the Pennsylvania Supreme Court’s unlawful extension of the mail-in ballot receipt deadline.”Trump’s campaign is also filing suit to stop ballot counting because they claim election officials are counting and processing ballots out of sight of Republican poll observers.“In Philadelphia and elsewhere, Democrat officials forced our observers to stay 25 feet or more from the counting process, leaving no meaningful way whatsoever for our observers to do their jobs,” the statement from Justin Clark, Trump’s deputy campaign manager, reads.With about 84 percent of the ballots counted, Trump leads Biden by almost 300,000 votes. This is similar language used by the Trump campaign when they said they filed in Michigan Wednesday morning. The Trump campaign says it is calling for a temporary halt in the counting in Michigan until it is given “meaningful access” in numerous locations and allowed to review ballots that already have been opened and processed. The search for missing actress Naya Rivera at a California lake has moved from a rescue effort to a recovery effort, the Ventura County Sheriff's Office said Thursday.In a press release, the VCSO said that investigators believe that Rivera "drowned in what appears to be a tragic accident."The VCSO added that recovery efforts had been hampered because divers are experiencing low visibility in waters.Rivera was last seen on Wednesday at Lake Piru, which is located about 60 miles northwest of Los Angeles. The United States Consumer Product Safety Commission has issued a massive fire extinguisher recall that spans over 40 years and covers more than 120 models of fire extinguishers.According to the CPSC, it involves two styles of Kidde fire extinguishers: Plastic handle fire extinguishers and push button fire extinguishers. They may fail to discharge and the nozzle may detach.The 134 models were manufactured between Jan. 1, 1973 and Aug. 15, 2017, and includes models that have been previously recalled in March 2009 and February 2015.They were sold in red, white and silver and are either ABC- or BC-rated.According to the CPSC, there has been one death reported due to the recall. In 2014 emergency responders could not get the fire extinguishers to work during a car fire.
