A group of friends in Lexington, Kentucky, have started a company that makes wearing and keeping your face mask nearby easy.Face masks have become apart of our everyday lives. Jody Wedding, designer/co-founder of the MASKkap, says the idea came from another co-founder's first-hand experience."He went to Costco a couple of months ago, with his son and they wouldn't let him in because he didn't have a mask on," Wedding said. "He forgot his mask. So he got frustrated, went home and was like 'This is never going to happen again.'"That's when this hat, with the mask attached to it, was invented."The cap is a traditional baseball cap. It has a mask attached to it," Wedding explained. "So when you're not wearing it, you can kind of hang it on the back of your head."And then, when you want to wear the mask, you pull it back over the cap and on your face."We also have this MASKies version, that can snap on to any mask. It basically is a little strap, that can snap on to any mask. It's great for back to school!"The contraption was invented a little over a month ago and is already on the market. Wedding says their hope is that the MASKkap provides one less thing to worry about."When you take your mask off if you're eating or anything, you don't have to set it down. It's always with you. A law class at Georgia State University will focus on the life and career of "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Kandi Burruss this upcoming semester.In a press release, the university said the singer, songwriter, actress, and entrepreneur will be the subject of Professor Mo Ivory's course of Entertainment, Sports, and Media Law Initiative, which prepares students for Georgia’s growing entertainment industry.“I chose Kandi because she has an amazing career, which spans every aspect of the entertainment industry from music, television, and live performance to licensing, apparel, and more,” Ivory said in the news release. “I wanted to study a woman this time around, and having worked with Kandi in the past, I knew she was the perfect choice. She handles her business and it shows with her success, but all the while she’s completely approachable and willing to share her lessons learned. I couldn’t be happier for my students to learn the law through Kandi’s career.”The course, which began in 2018, focused on the life of rapper and actor Ludacris last year.“I am honored to be part of this year’s curriculum at Georgia State University College of Law,” Burruss said in the release. “Attorneys are among the most important members of your team. A California surgeon who had been accused of drugging and raping two women was charged with five more cases Wednesday, bringing the total number of alleged victims to seven.Grant Robicheaux, 38, pleaded not guilty to the charges.His girlfriend, Cerissa Riley, 31, was also charged in three additional cases, and pleaded not guilty."We unequivocally deny all allegations of nonconsensual sex and absolutely deny any allegations that we have ever secretly drugged anyone for the purpose of having sex with them," the couple said in a statement.They said they passed polygraph tests and knew about the investigation since January. "We didn't flee, we didn't move, and we didn't go into hiding. ... A man shot himself in the head in front of the White House at just before noon Saturday, a Secret Service spokesperson has told CNN."Secret Service personnel are responding to reports of a person who allegedly suffered a self-inflicted gun shot wound along the north fence line of @WhiteHouse," the Secret Service tweeted as the incident unfolded.The man approached the fence line, removed a concealed handgun and fired several rounds, none of which appear to have been aimed at the White House, a Secret Service spokesperson said. The man has since died; no one else was injured in the incident, the spokesperson said.  633
