(KGTV and CNN) - Newly released video from a passenger shows the moments before and after strong winds led to the crash of an Aeromexico plane in northern Mexico.Flight 2431 had just left Durango, Mexico for Mexico City on Tuesday when it took a nose dive.Video shows the plane fall before flames erupt outside the window. The plane skidded off the runway at the Guadalupe Victoria International Airport until it stopped about 300 meters away, according to Durango’s governor.RELATED: A plane crashed in Mexico but everyone on board survived99 passengers and four crew members were on board including Ashley Garcia, who recorded the video. Everyone evacuated the plane using its emergency evacuation slides before flames engulfed the aircraft, officials said. (KGTV) — Hundreds of thousands of unemployment debit cards in California have been frozen due to fraud, according to the state's Employment Development Department.The EDD says 350,000 debit cards have been frozen because of a variety of fraud indicators, including a high number of claims at a single address. It wasn't clear how much the debit cards were worth, but law enforcement officials say they've uncovered fake cards amounting to ,000 each, KABC reported."The Department’s top priority is to quickly verify the identity of any claimants in this group that may have been impacted by scammer attacks, while we work to shut down the potentially fraudulent claims," the EDD said.Impacted EDD claimants who may have their cards frozen are advised to take the following action:"Claimants who receive an email, text message, or mailed notice from EDD requesting them to provide identity verification documents should visit EDD’s website to login or register for a UI Online account and upload the documents through the Document Upload feature. The EDD has implemented various methods to help expedite the verification process. (KGTV) - Authorities in Northern California have issued an arrest warrant for a former Southwestern College football player after he failed to appear in court in a sexual assault case.The Humboldt County Sheriff's Office said 25-year-old Raul Sierra failed to show up for two hearings, including one on March 7.The former Southwestern College and Humboldt State University student-athlete was arrested in 2016 for a sexual assault that officials say occurred in a campus residence hall at HSU in 2015.Sierra was charged originally with acquaintance rape “by use of drugs” in 2016 after taking a plea bargain. However, subsequent court records show that Sierra pleaded no contest to lesser charges of felony false imprisonment and misdemeanor assault in 2016.Court records show that Sierra is supposed to serve community service and undergo counseling through a court program.Sierra attended Castle Park High school before playing at Southwestern College and walking-on at Humboldt State University. 1031
