There have been "mixed messages" around drinking while pregnant and the campaign aims to "put the issue to bed once and for all," according to the NHS.But the new paper calls for more research on the effects of light drinking on pregnancy in order to better understand potential risks and to find answers to the questions many mothers-to-be might have.For instance, "women often ask about 'safe' levels of drinking during pregnancy -- 'but one glass is OK, isn't it?'" Loubaba Mamluk, senior research associate in epidemiology at the University of Bristol in the UK and lead author of the paper, said in an email. Facebook and Instagram were both having issues as users reported problems with the social media sites early Tuesday morning. According to downdetector.com,  the East coast is reporting the most problems with Facebook in the United States, but issues are being reported globally as well. This is the second time this month users from all over have reported Facebook being down.Instagram users were also reporting problems, according to downdetector.com.Some of the problems with Facebook included not being able post status updates, the page not loading at all or loading very slow, not being able to send messages over Facebook's separate Messenger app and some saying they received an error message indicating the site was doing maintenance, among other issues.Instagram users reported the app not loading and showing an error message.Some people were able to access Facebook or Instagram, or both, later in the morning and without problems. ESCANABA, Mich. (AP) — A bald eagle launched an aerial assault on a drone operated by the Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy — which is known as EGLE — ripping off a propeller and sending the aircraft into Lake Michigan. The department says the attack happened July 21, when the drone was mapping shoreline erosion near Escanaba in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula. Drone pilot Hunter King says he had completed about seven minutes of the mapping flight when satellite reception became spotty and the drone began to twirl. King and two birdwatchers saw the eagle flying away, apparently unhurt. Tracking data indicates the drone landed in the lake, about 150 feet offshore. It has not been found. 723

FALLBROOK, Calif. (KGTV) -- A tortoise is recovering after falling 10 feet from a wall Sunday, cracking its shell.The tortoise was found by a good Samaritan after falling from a 10-foot wall while being chased by a dog, according to the County News Center.The 70-pound tortoise was taken to a veterinary hospital where animal services were called.Officials say that’s when they learned it would cost several thousand dollars to fix the 35 to 40-year-old tortoise.“We have a donor-driven Spirit fund that we can use for severe medical cases such as this one,” said County Animal Services Director Dan DeSousa. “This tortoise will get the extensive, aggressive care and long-term observation that he needs to regain his health and hopefully live to a great, old age.”The tortoise underwent surgery Tuesday, where veterinarians put screws into the shell then used ties on the screws to hold the broken pieces together.Veterinarians then used the same paste material that dentures are made from to seal the cracks.For more information or to donate to the Spirit fund, click here. 1098
