For the third time in a month, Twitter has taken action against President Donald Trump.After the social networking site labeled a video tweeted by the president as "manipulated media," the platform removed the video citing "a report by the copyright owner.The 60-second clip showed an edited version of a viral video from 2019 where a Black child and a white child run toward each other to hug. Both children then run away in the same direction.The doctored version of the video tweeted by Trump opens with a fake CNN banner and the portion of the video where the black child appears to be running away from the white child."BREAKING NEWS: TERRIFIED TODDLER RUNS AWAY FROM RACIST BABY," the banner reads.A few seconds later, the doctored video shows the children hugging, without the fake CNN banner.The video closes by claiming that "America is not the problem. Fake news is."Twitter added a "manipulated media" tag to Trump's tweet, which linked to more information about the video."In September 2019, CNN reported on a viral video about a friendship between two toddlers," Twitter wrote. "On Thursday, the president shared a version of the video which many journalists confirmed was edited and doctored with a fake CNN chyron."CNN Communications replied to Trump, saying that it covered the viral video as it happened when it happened.White House spokesperson Kayleigh McEnany defended the use of the video. FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. (AP) — Prosecutors charging New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft with buying sex from massage parlor prostitutes are trying to save their case. They will argue before a Florida appellate court on Tuesday that police legally made secret video recordings of Kraft having paid sex at a massage parlor in January 2019. A lower court judge ruled that prosecutors could not use the recordings. He said the warrant allowing police to install secret cameras inside the Orchids of Asia spa violated constitutional standards. Kraft is charged with misdemeanor solicitation of prostitution. FORT MYERS, Fla. -- A medical examiner's report shows a 17-year-old girl who died of COVID-19 may have contracted the coronavirus at a church party in Florida. In the report, it says the party Carsyn Davis attended on June 10 had about 100 people there. It said none of them were wearing masks, and only three days later, the Fort Myers teen started showing symptoms.The church is defending itself against criticism on social media, saying on Facebook that it did not ignore protocols or intentionally expose children to the virus, and that media reports suggesting these things are “absolutely false and defamatory.”However, a gathering of that size and the lack of masks is against both Florida Department of Health and CDC guidelines.The report also shows that after Davis started experiencing symptoms, her parents didn’t immediately take her to the hospital. They instead treated her with two prescription medications, one of which was hydroxychloroquine.“I read a few of the recent studies on hydroxychloroquine, and some of the reports, and it has shown some promise, but that’s all. It’s not that it’s totally effective," said Dr. Jay Gupta at Florida Gulf Coast University. Gupta said it’s not a drug you should ever try without talking with a doctor. The medical examiner report shows that on June 19, Davis had her oxygen levels drop when her mother measured them. Gupta said that’s a big warning sign.“If they’re having breathing trouble, then they should certainly go to a doctor," said Gupta.But Davis didn’t see a doctor.Instead, the report said her mother, a nurse, put her on an oxygen tank they had in the house for her grandfather. When that didn’t work, she was taken to the hospital on June 20. Davis died only two days after being hospitalized, according to the report. FORT WORTH, Texas — A Texas grand jury decided Monday to take no action against a man who fatally shot an armed man who killed two people in late December at a Fort Worth-area church.Jack Wilson is a firearms instructor who trained the volunteer security team at the West Freeway Church of Christ in White Settlement, Texas.He fatally shot Keith Thomas Kinnunen during a Dec. 29 service after he shot another security volunteer and a communion server.The gunman was heading to the front of the sanctuary when Wilson fired a single fatal shot. KXAS-TV in Dallas reports that there were about 250 people in the church at the time of the shooting.“Texas law allows an individual, when they witness somebody placing others at risk of serious bodily injury or death, to act with deadly force to protect the other individuals,” said Tim Rodgers, chief prosecutor for the Law Enforcement Incident team in the Tarrant County Criminal District Attorney’s Office. “Mr. Wilson did just that. He did it responsibly and, as a result, he was justified under the law in his actions.”According to NPR, Texas Gov.
