(KGTV) -- Authorities announced that a missing Los Angeles mother and her three children were safely located at the San Ysidro Port of Entry in south San Diego County.The young family disappeared from their home in Sylmar on Oct. 9, according to authorities.Liliana Lopez's three children, who were also missing since Oct. 9, were found when they entered the U.S. from Mexico at the border crossing.Los Angeles police detectives were interviewing Lopez to determine the circumstances of her and her children's disappearance.A man who was identified as a possible suspect in their kidnapping, Esteban Lopez, is believed to be still in Mexico, according to authorities.Police were called to the 13600 block of Fellows Avenue at 9:27 p.m. on Oct. 9 and found that a possible kidnapping had occurred. Superhero creator and legend Stan Lee has filed a lawsuit in excess of billion against a company he co-founded.The suit, filed Tuesday Los Angeles Superior Court, alleges that Pow! Entertainment conspired with two employees to steal Lee's identity.According to the lawsuit obtained by CNN, Pow! Entertainment CEO Shane Duffy and co-founder Gill Champion "conspired and agreed to broker a sham deal to sell POW! to a company in China and fraudulently steal Stan Lee's identity, name, image, and likeness as part of a nefarious scheme to benefit financially at Lee's expense."The complaint centers around the 2017 sale of the company to Hong Kong-based Camsing International.Lee, Champion, and Arthur Liberman formed Pow! Entertainment in 2001, the suit states.Lee, who helped create Black Panther, Iron Man, the X-Men and countless other Marvel characters in comic books and on the big screen, was led to believe he had entered into a non-exclusive licensing agreement with Pow!, according to the complaint.Lee says the defendants fraudulently obtained his signature, allowing Pow! Inc. to gain "the exclusive right to use Lee's name, identity, image and likeness on a worldwide basis in perpetuity."The complaint also states that Duffy, Champion and Lee's former business manager Jerardo Olivarez (who is not named as a defendant in the suit) took advantage of his grief over the death of his wife of 70 years, Joan B. However, it's still illegal to use lead ammo to hunt waterfowl.Many hunters say they use lead ammunition because it is heavier than steel or copper, meaning the bullet reaches the target more accurately. Lead ammo is also cheaper than steel or copper.Betsy Finch is the manager of the Fontenelle Forest Raptor Recovery, which holds dozens of birds of all kinds that need help until they are well enough to be freed or put to rest. She can easily tell when an eagle has lead poisoning."Inability to stand, convulsions, head tremors, difficulty breathing, gastrointestinal distress — because lead paralyzes the gut, so they can't digest food, dehydration," Finch said.The start of 2018 has been hard for Finch, putting her time and energy into sometimes a losing effort."Because there are others that need our help," she said.While she hopes hunters will think twice before firing off their rifles with lead bullets, she doesn't blame all hunters for the rising amounts of lead poisoning. Finch says it's often the hunter who are are the ones who find the sick eagles and bring them to the recovery center. 1490
