Moon rocks don’t age, because there is no atmosphere in space to break down the rocks. The rocks found on the moon can potentially be billions of years old. “More recently we've actually learned in the past, less than a decade, that the Moon's rocks actually contain way more water than was originally realized,” the processor explains. Just like famous diamonds and jewels, there are well known space rocks, too. Like the one found by Apollo 15. “They named it the Genesis Rock, because it’s a part of the primordial crust of the moon,” she says.When studying these samples, scientists take all the precautions, from wearing bunny suits, temperature-controlled rooms and even triple bagging each rock for storing."We try really hard to preserve the rocks so that the science that we learn from the rocks can be trusted," Krysher says.It’s not every day we go to the Moon, so these scientists take time to study the rocks and do it sparingly. They are still breaking rocks over 40 years old. However, come five years from now, they’ll get another chance for more rocks when U.S. astronauts head to the moon in 2024. 1796

For parents, it can be stressful to get kids back on a good sleep routine.Lauren Preusz is a mother of three young children and knows vacations, cookouts and late bedtimes must come to an end. But how?"Bedtime definitely got pushed back a lot later than normal, and then they were sleeping in later," Preusz said. "But with school coming up they can't be staying up to 9 p.m. or 9:30 p.m., then waking up and getting to school by 8 a.m."She says she's worried about what later bedtimes could do to her children once school begins."I didn't want to worry about behavioral issues at school, or them being too tired to actually be present, participate, and learn," Preusz said.Sleep experts and doctors alike recommending rolling bedtime back about 15- to 20-minute a day until school starts to make sure kids are ready for a new sleep pattern."This is now the time you should be moving the bedtime up and that bedtime routine close to bedtime, so they associate the routine with the actual going to bed," said Dr. Celina Moore, a pediatrician.Preusz hired the Cradle Coach, a team of sleep consultants, to help get her family back in the routine of early bedtimes. The Cradle Coach team says kids need between 10 and 12 hours of sleep per night."Routine is huge," Cradle Coach sleep consultant Janelle Aubert said. "Start bedtime routine about 45 minutes before bed and making sure your child has plenty of time to unwind."In addition, Aubert recommends looking at children's diets and cutting back on sugar. She also says first-time students can experience some sleep regression from the stress of a new routine."Take time to prepare," said Aubert. "Talk about it. Show them pictures and visuals and be sure to increase quality and one-on-one time with them.""Start talking about exactly what's going to happen. Mommy is going to take you in the morning. They could hear rustling noises coming from behind the door, but the suspect wasn't responding to commands to come out with their hands up.So with guns drawn, deputies opened the door, ready to pounce. Special counsel Robert Mueller delivered his completed investigation of Russian interference in the 2016 election to Attorney General William Barr, the Justice Department announced Friday.Barr sent a letter to House and Senate judiciary leaders, telling them he remains committed "to as much transparency as possible" and would keep them informed "as to the status of my review."Here's the letter:Dear Chairman Graham, Chairman Nadler, Ranking Member Feinstein, and Ranking Member Collins:I write to notify you pursuant to 28 C.F.R. § 600.9(a)(3) that Special Counsel Robert S.
