Former President Barack Obama and former Vice President Joe Biden were reunited Monday, when they went out for lunch at a Washington, DC, bakery.Obama and Biden spent about 45 minutes at Dog Tag Bakery in Georgetown. The bakery runs a fellowship program, now in its eighth class, that acts as a "living business school" for veterans, military spouses and military caregivers, Dog Tag CEO Meghan Ogilvie told COVER/LINE. Professors from Georgetown University teach fellows, who can earn a certificate of business administration from Georgetown University's School of Continuing Studies.Ogilvie said she found out about six minutes before Obama and Biden arrived that they were coming. She gathered the current 13 fellows and said they would have a team meeting and surprised them when the 44th President of the United States and his Veep walked in.Obama and Biden met the fellows, took selfies with them and talked to them about their future business plans for about 20 to 30 minutes. FLOYD COUNTY, Ind. -- The sheriff's department is investigating after vandals left anti-Semitic graffiti in several locations in Floyd County over the weekend. The Jewish Community Relations Council shared an image of the vandalism at the Azalea Hills retirement community Monday evening.“The JCRC condemns the anti-Semitic and homophobic vandalism perpetrated against the Azalea Hills retirement community in Floyd Knobs, Indiana,” the group said in a post on their page Tuesday.The Floyd County Sheriff told WHAS-TV that they believe a group of teens was responsible for the vandalism and they do not believe it was targeted at anyone in particular.That same night, deputies found damage to several other areas in town including anti-Semitic graffiti on a school bus, damaged mailboxes and an overturned sheriff’s department trailer.“It’s damage to personal property, that’s the issue,” Sheriff Frank Loop said. “It’s not about any kind of hate crimes or anything like that.”The vandalism at Azalea Hills was cleaned up by Tuesday afternoon. The incident comes just a month after anti-Semitic graffiti was found at a Carmel synagogue, prompting Indiana's Governor Eric Holcomb to push for a hate crime law in Indiana. Fierce winds and lightening strikes created by a powerful dust storm have killed around 100 people in northwestern India since late Wednesday, according to local authorities.In the state of Rajasthan, at least 31 people died and around 120 people were injured after winds downed more than 8,000 electricity poles and uprooted hundreds of trees, Jaipur District Divisional Commissioner T Ravi Kant told CNN."This has resulted in widespread electricity cuts and water shortages. Most of the deaths occurred after walls and roofs of houses collapsed in the middle of the night," he said.In neighboring Uttar Pradesh, the death toll stood at at least 64, with the vast majority of those deaths occurring in the city of Agra, where so far 43 have been confirmed dead.According to Sanjay Kumar, the relief commissioner at the Uttar Pradesh state disaster management authority, the high casualty number is the result of people becoming trapped under falling debris.
