CORSICANA, TX — Three juveniles in Texas have been arrested on felony charges after allegedly drinking from two juice bottles inside a Walmart store then putting them back on the shelves.The Corsicana Police Department says around 10 p.m. on August 23, officers were made aware of a Facebook post that showed a video of a suspect taking a drink from two separate juice bottles then putting them back on the shelves at Walmart.Walmart's management removed the products from the shelves as soon as they were made aware of the incident.All three suspects were identified and taken into custody. COLUMBIA COUNTY, Wisconsin -- Twenty people were hurt when a semi-truck hit a school bus carrying students from a Milwaukee private school Wednesday morning, according to the Wisconsin Department of Transportation.Four of the injuries are serious, the DOT says. The severity of the other injuries is not yet known.The students were from Hope Semper Christian School.The crash happened just after 10:00 a.m. on I-39 northbound, near DeForest, Wisconsin. The DOT says the semi crashed into the school bus, which was parked on the shoulder of the interstate after pulling over due to a mechanical issue.Students who were not injured are being transported to the State Patrol Post in DeForest for reunification with family members.The students were participating in an end-of-year field trip, according to a statement the school posted on Facebook. "While very scary, our staff and students were blessed by urgent first-responders, local medical attention as well as the kindness and generosity of Deforest Public Schools. Court of Claims Judge Christopher Murray has issued a preliminary injunction that stops the ban on open carry guns at polls in Michigan.The ban directive was issued by the Michigan secretary of state to prevent voter intimidation.An attorney for the state argued before the judge this afternoon that the ban was issued because of open carry protests inside and outside of the state capitol over the governor's COVID-19 lockdown orders and the criminal case against 14 men in an alleged plan to kidnap Gov. Complaints are growing nationwide about workplace safety issues related to coronavirus. The Occupational Safety and Health Administration, or OSHA, has received more than 6,500 nationwide on a federal level since February.One trial lawyer who works in employment law says she expects the number of complains will keep going up.“Where I really think the numbers are going to escalate is in the retaliation world, where employees bring issues to their employers' attention about failing to implement appropriate administrative or engineering controls or social distancing measures and then they feel that they have suffered an adverse employment action as a result of bringing this to their employer's attention,” said trial lawyer Laura Lawless.OSHA recently updated its guidance on COVID-19-related workplace safety. It now suggests wherever possible and feasible employers should require masks at work.This guidance is something Lawless says everyone was waiting on. She says for states or cities that already had a mask mandate it was easier to enforce at work already, but for states that don't have this mandate, it was harder until now.“At least you can now turn to CDC guidance and OSHA guidance as an employer and say look even if you disagree with us for a political reason or personal expression reason, we're following the guidance from agencies that are meant to look out for your health and safety,” said Lawless.Still, there are concerns OSHA isn't going far enough in other areas.
