INDIANAPOLIS — Kohl's says an issue with their third-party payment system is to blame for holds on customer accounts, unfilled Black Friday orders and even some customers being charged multiple times.Bailey Webster said she ordered a gaming system online on Black Friday at Kohls.com. When she woke up Saturday morning, Webster says she had an email from Kohl's saying the order was canceled because the item was sold out. Instead of canceling the order immediately and returning her funds, Webster said Kohl's tried to re-charge for the item, which was still out of stock.  592

However, doctors are finding women may be finding unhealthy ways to cope.A poll by the Kaiser Family Foundation found mothers were more likely than fathers to say they've started drinking more.Substance abuse experts say that in general, women are 1.3 times more likely to increase their drinking while stressed.Experts say women are typically under more pressure to do it all.“There are higher expectations, I think, for women to just really keep it all together, to carry the family at home, possibly to carry the family professionally and financially, depending on the situation at home,” said Stefanie Magalong, Clinical Services Director at Laguna Treatment Hospital.Experts say if women notice they're feeling more anxious and depressed, having less energy and sleeping more, those are signs they should find a healthy way to cope.They could practice self-care by going for a walk, taking a bath, or working out.It's also very important to find support in family and friends.“Really during this time, we need to feel more connected, we need to be talking more to our loved ones and spouses, trying to get support, rather than pulling away,” said Magalong.The first step is to acknowledge we may not be coping in healthy ways, and that this is an unusual time for everyone. 1353

It kind of feels like a concert, but there’s no musical performance. It’s former First Lady Michelle Obama, having a conversation with tens of thousands of people during her “Becoming” tour stop in Denver.  “This has been an amazing day being here with all of you,” Obama says.  The event, however, was just one part of the time she spent in the community. Just hours earlier, Emma Jones and her mom were among the hundreds of patients and families who packed the lobby of Children’s Hospital Colorado for the surprise visit.After a warm welcome, Obama sat down with Santa to read a book and answer questions from her young audience members.  “Was there really a movie theater in the White House?” asked one child.  Other questions were more serious, including one that asked Obama what advice she’d give to her younger self.“Don't let fear stop you from doing things that will help you grow,” she replied.  “Just being at the hospital and like knowing that something is going on with you in the first place, it's kind of scary,” says patient Emma Jones. “But like just hearing that message from someone who cares a lot about everybody is just super empowering and like it was just really cool.”Following the hospital stop, Obama signed copies of her book at a local bookstore.   With eight tour stops so far, all of them include some form of giving back to young people. In Detroit, Obama surprised a group of college students, sitting in on a discussion on education. In Boston, she made a stop at a Boys and Girls Club, and in Los Angeles, she read books to preschoolers.  It's a reflection of what Obama says is closest to her heart.  “I love kids. INDIANAPOLIS -- No charges will be filed in the case of a 1-year-old who was severely injured while attending a day care on Indianapolis’ northeast side. A spokesperson with the Marion County Prosecutor’s Office said no charges will be filed in the case of Jesse Harris IV. Harris’ mother said she got a call from Kiddie Garden Daycare on April 30, which said her son had been injured by another child.Jesse had severe cuts, bruises, and a swollen face. Harris’ mother, Tiffany Griffin, said the day care claims Jesse was sleeping in a separate room with another child and when they went in to see him, they noticed the injuries.
