The initiative also advocated the concept of green development, promoted the timely and full implementation of the "Paris Agreement," encouraged countries to develop green, low-carbon and circular economies, push for harmony between man and nature, and strive to contribute to global ecological security.
The ceremony was attended by education ministers, senior representatives, diplomats and scholars from 34 European countries.
