WELLINGTON, New Zealand (AP) — New Zealand lawmakers have voted in favor of a landmark bill that treats abortion as a health issue rather than a crime. Until Wednesday's vote, women were required to prove to a doctor that their pregnancy presented a danger to their physical or mental health before they could get an abortion. Justice Minister Andrew Little says that forced most women to lie and caused unnecessary delays which added health risks. Waffle House says it is closing 420 restaurants across the country.In a Tuesday morning tweet, Waffle House said the vast majority of its locations would remain open.According to a map included in Waffle House's tweet, many of the chain's northernmost locations will close. US Customs and Border Protection announced Monday photos of travelers and license plates were recently compromised in a data breach.In a statement, CBP said it learned on May 31 that a subcontractor "had transferred copies of license plate images and traveler images collected by CBP to the subcontractor's company network.
