The region includes Calaveras, Fresno, Kern, Kings, Madera, Mariposa, Merced, San Benito, San Joaquin, Stanislaus, Tulare, and Tuolumne counties.The region's capacity sat at 4.5% a day earlier.Last week, the San Joaquin Valley and Southern California regions were placed under the state's stay-at-home order for falling under 15% ICU capacity.The Southern California region, which includes San Diego, Imperial, Inyo, Los Angeles, Mono, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, and Ventura counties, was at 5.3% ICU capacity on Saturday.
