LAKESIDE, Calif. (KGTV) -- A 16-year-old died following a solo-vehicle crash in Lakeside late Saturday night. According to California Highway Patrol, the crash happened on Willow Road around 10:45 p.m. Saturday. CHP says the vehicle appears to have been traveling at “a high rate of speed” when the driver lost control, veered off the road and hit a large tree. Three passengers in the vehicle also received injuries ranging from moderate to major. Monday night, friends confirmed with 10News that a second teen, with major injuries, was taken of life support and his organs were donated to help save other lives. Friends identified the teens as Justin Kyte and Isaac Culkin, both 16-years-old.According to CHP, the right front passenger, a 16-year-old boy, was taken to the hospital with major injuries. An outbreak of what residents have described as "zombie-like behavior" involving raccoons who bare their teeth, walk on their hind legs and don't seem to be afraid of humans.According to WKBN in Youngstown, police have taken more than a dozen calls about these incidents since the start of March. And having already been admitted to Georgia Tech, he could be on his way to the Red Planet sooner than you think.According to WXIA-TV and WSB-TV in Atlanta, Caleb's parents have known he was gifted since he was less than a year old. His mother, Claire Anderson, told WSB that he was beginning to mimic her words by the time he was three weeks old. Nine months later, WXIA reports that Caleb was able to use sign language to communicate over 250 words."I'm not really smart," Caleb told CBS News in October. "I just grasp information quickly.
