GENEVA, March 9 (Xinhua) -- China's newly appointed Ambassador for Disarmament Affairs FU Cong on Monday called on the international community to jointly safeguard post-war international arms control and non-proliferation regime.
The ambassador stressed that the international community is paying close attention to China's development, including its economic prospects and ensuing global influence, the Chinese economy's "new normal" and comprehensively deepening reforms, as well as the trend of Chinese foreign polices.
The Japanese Cabinet will submit the budget to the parliament. Since Abe's Liberal Democratic Party and its coalition partner Komeito have majorities in both houses of parliament, the passage of the budget is almost certain, local media said.
