Prosecutors in New York City hit indicted singer R. Kelly with new bribery charges Thursday that appear to be related to his 1994 marriage to a teenager.A revised indictment in federal court in Brooklyn accuses R. TAMPA, Fla. — A man arrested on Friday is accused of shooting and killing a Florida couple on Halloween, just days after they welcomed a new baby. Tampa police say Tyrail Kendrick, 26, is facing two first-degree murder charges in the deaths of Stanley Peck and Tia Pittman. Police responded to the 1700 block of West Walnut Street shortly after 7 a.m. on Oct. 31 after receiving a report of shots heard in the area.After arriving, they found Peck and Pittman suffering from gunshot wounds. However, they say their infant daughter, Kessem, has been denied birthright citizenship under a State Department policy that considers her "born out of wedlock" — and they're not the first LGBT family to be affected by the policy under the Trump administration.Both children were born in Canada using an egg donor and a surrogate mother.
