PROVIDENCE, R.I. (AP) -- The suspect in a fatal stabbing in Rhode Island last month was apprehended apparently trying to cross from California into Mexico.U. S. Border Patrol says 35-year-old Michael Domenech approached the checkpoint on Interstate 8 near Pine Valley, in a car at about 2 a.m. Saturday.When agents approached the driver, he drove away from the checkpoint. Authorities say agents used a tire deflation device to deflate one of the car's tires.The pursuit continued for 20 minutes until Domenech was taken into custody.Domenech is wanted in connection with the fatal stabbing of Cory Vargas in Providence on Sept. 24. 640

RAMONA, Calif. (KGTV) — Two people were killed in a motorcycle crash east of Ramona on Sunday.The collision happened on Littlepage Road and Old Julian Highway, in the Witch Creek area, just after 2 p.m. between a motorcycle and off-road side-by-side utility task vehicle, often called a UTV, according to CAL FIRE San Diego.The two people riding on the motorcycle were pronounced dead at the scene. Rap musician T.I. was not happy to hear that a Florida student was being denied a meal for being 15 cents short on the first day of school. Last week, T.I. announced he was going to pay for the student's school lunch bill, for the entire year. "This s--- is despicable!!!" When she told the cashier that she didn't have any money on her, the cashier allegedly threw the food away.Aiken's daughter did not eat anything for the rest of the school day.According to CBS News, Aiken signed her daughter up for a free and reduced-cost lunch program at University High School.
