OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla. -- Police have identified the man accused of firing a gun at an Oklahoma City restaurant on Thursday evenign. Police say Alexander Tilghman, 28-years-old of Oklahoma City, opened fire Thursday at 6:30 p.m. local time at Louie's restaurant on Lake Hefner. In an update sent around 9:30 a.m. police say officers found Tilghman dead outside the restaurant. Police say he was shot by two citizens.Witnesses say the men were yelling at the suspect to put his gun down, but he had large headphones on and was pacing near the restaurant. Witnesses say the suspect raised his gun at the men, and that's when the armed citizen shot Tilghman.Police say three people were shot: A 39-year-old woman and two female juveniles. All three are reportedly in good condition.A fourth person was injured, according to police, after falling and breaking his arm after the shooter started firing his gun.Oklahoma City police are holding a press conference at 11:30 a.m. local time.  1024

OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — The Omaha Police Department (OPD) says a preliminary investigation into President Donald Trump's MAGA rally Tuesday at Eppley Airport shows seven people were transported to local hospitals for "a variety of medical conditions" and many more sought aid for other medical reasons.About 25,000 people were taken from the parking lots to the rally site via 40 buses over the course of the day. The buses started running at 10 a.m. CT. When the rally ended and President Donald Trump left, there was high demand for buses around 9 p.m. It was already 34 degrees outside at that time. Reports from the rally indicate thousands of attendees were stranded in the cold, waiting for buses to take them back to their cars. A Trump administration official told local media the buses were delayed by a traffic jam on access roads near the airport. OPD says buses for people with handicaps were made available and additional buses from the Metro Area Transit Authority were called in to give people a ride back to their vehicles. Some did choose to walk back to their cars, which was about 2.5 miles away. (KGTV) -- The Oceanside Police Department told residents not to panic after the department received several calls about a strong smell.According to authorities, the smell is outgassing from the ocean and is non-toxic.Ocean outgassing happens when the ocean releases gasses that were trapped or dissolved.A similar incident was reported in La Jolla earlier this year.
