BEIJING, June 12 (Xinhua) -- Chinese President Xi Jinping on Monday sent a congratulatory message to his Philippine counterpart Rodrigo Duterte on the 42nd anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic ties between their two countries and the 119th anniversary of the Philippines' independence.

The Legislative Assembly, created in accordance with the Basic Law of the Macao SAR, is an important part of the political system of the SAR, he said.
