The company's goal is to help connect homeowners or businesses who have empty parking spots, with people who need them.The owner or business can list their spot on the Park Connect website, and select a daily, monthly or hourly rate. Vaughn said. Sara Ghodsi, one of Park Connect users, has her empty spot listed for  an hour, a day, or 0 for the entire month. And in two months, she says she has made 0. "This spot is always open. SAN DIEGO (KGTV) -- San Diego Gas and Electric is warning more than 88,000 customers of a possible multi-day power shutoff due to Santa Ana Winds.According to the company, the public safety power shutoff could happen as early as Wednesday night or Thursday morning. SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - San Diego Police are looking for more possible victims of a Balboa Park street performer suspected of multiple sexual assaults. Luis Martinez-Haaz, 22, was arrested May 3 in relation to several open cases from April, officers said.Police said Martinez-Haaz worked as a street performer and dancer in Balboa Park, and would often approach women after his shows. He convinced them to walk to isolated areas where he would sexually assault them, investigators said. San Diego Police Sex Crimes Unit detectives are searching for any additional victims or people with information related to the cases. Martinez-Haaz is 5’7” and 145 pounds with short brown wavy hair. He is currently in custody on 0,000 bail. 733

Many of their top spots offer a view from up high of rolling hillsides in Ramona, wildlife in its natural habitat near Julian, and unique vegetation surrounding Pala.All one needs is their phone and a joy for the outdoors (in addition to hiking essentials).Here's where you can find park rangers' picks and why each trek is a favorite:Wilderness Gardens (14209 Hwy 76, Pala, Calif.): "Take the Upper Meadow Trail 3.2 miles to a large grassy expanse with seasonal wildflowers. Also, look for the foundation of an old grist mill on the County Historic Resource Board’s list of historic places. The foundation is about 0.8 miles into the hike."Agua Caliente (39555 Great Southern Overland Stage Route of 1849, Julian, Calif.): "Keep your eyes open for bighorn sheep as you walk along the Marsh Trail, and snap a selfie about a half a mile in at a palm grove. SAN DIEGO (KGTV) -- San Diego Police are searching for an at-risk missing man who disappeared from downtown Saturday morning. According to police, 57-year-old William Groves was last seen at the corner of 7th Avenue and A street around 10:25 a.m. Saturday. Groves suffers from seizures and has short-term memory loss due to a traumatic brain injury. Police say Groves is also a dependent adult with no money or medication and is visiting San Diego from Hawaii with his mother. According to police, Groves is known to be friendly and talkative. He is described as five feet, five inches tall with brown eyes, gray and black hair and light skin. Groves was last seen wearing a yellow t-shirt with checkered shorts and a black eye patch.
