Subtropical Storm Andrea formed in the Atlantic basin Monday afternoon, marking the first named tropical system of the 2019 hurricane season, the National Hurricane Center announced. As of 6:30 p.m. ET, Andrea had top winds of 40 MPH and was located 335 miles southwest of Bermuda.
