A suspect in arson fires at three historically black Louisiana churches is a law enforcement officer's son who may have been influenced by "black metal" music and "its associated history with church burnings," the state fire marshal said Thursday.The man was identified as Holden Matthews, 21, according to Gov. Nonetheless, it's clear this virus and the disease it causes are at the forefront of everyone's minds."I've been talking about it with just about everybody in every single session," Crow said.Mental health wellness can be challenging when we're stuck at home, potentially without a job, and facing so many unknowns about the future. However, Crow says there are steps we can take to keep our minds at ease. "So what we have to do is take this long-term view and start implementing tactics that will maintain this strong level of mental health for us right now.
