Seven US service members were killed Thursday in a helicopter crash in western Iraq, the US military said.Army Brig. Gen. Jonathan P. Braga, the director of operations for the combined task force leading the fight against ISIS in the region, said all personnel aboard the HH-60 Pave Hawk helicopter were killed.The Defense Department released the names of the seven airmen on Saturday. LOUIS -- The U.S. Coast Guard has referred the investigation into last month’s deadly sinking of a Missouri tourist boat to federal prosecutors.The accident occurred July 19 at Table Rock Lake near Branson, Missouri. An amphibious duck boat sank amid strong winds, killing 16 passengers and a crew member. Fourteen people survived.Nine of those victims were from on Indianapolis family. Tia Coleman and her nephew, Donovan were the only two members of their family to survive. The legal team for the Coleman family says it “supports the U.S. Coast Guard Marine Board of Investigation referral to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for Western Missouri for criminal investigation." Adding, "All those who continue to grieve  support holding fully accountable those responsible for making the deadly decisions that resulted in the catastrophe.”Several investigations are still underway from the National Transportation Safety Board, the Coast Guard and the Missouri Attorney General’s Office.The duck boat attraction owner, Ripley Entertainment, says it is cooperating with the investigations. 1115

JOSEPH, Mo. — The St. Joseph Police Department (SJPD) is investigating after a woman found a bomb on her front porch.Alexis Washington was up late with her newborn daughter and young son when she heard a loud pop and saw a flash of red light. When she came outside to check it out, she found the bomb on her porch."The cop told me then that the propane tank was leaking, there was ammunition on top of it with a paper towel that was lit on fire," Washington said. "A bomb? I just don't understand, like a bomb? You can't fight that. That's why it's just like you've got to go. I got to go."SJPD Cpt. Jeff Wilson said the bomb was definitely homemade. SPRING VALLEY, Calif. (KGTV) -- Some residents at a mobile home park in Spring Valley had to leave Monday morning after a sinkhole opened up nearby. According to San Miguel Fire, the incident happened of the 10000 block of Jamacha Road. The sinkhole grew to roughly the size of a children's pool. A car parked in a driveway could be seen dangling over the hole. At this time, it’s unclear what exactly may have caused the sinkhole. Managers of the mobile home park say they’re considering sending a family of five forced to evacuate to a hotel while repair work is done. 579
