SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - UC San Diego and the San Diego Police Department are investigating a series of incidents where a man reportedly exposed himself several times so far this year. According to the university, from January through March of 2019, there have been at least six reports of a man who appears to be jogging in the University City area when he reportedly exposed his genitals to women. During all the reported incidents, the suspect ran up to female victim and exposed himself before running away. San Diego Police detectives are still investigating the patterns of the six incidents. But Lt. Justin Scott told 10News, most of the incidents happened during the last afternoon/early evening hours in the UTC South area.The man is described as a white or Hispanic man in his 20s or 30s, approximately 5’ 5” to 5’ 10” tall with a beard in most of the incidents. The suspect has been seen wearing black or gray running shorts and a green or black hoodie pulled up. None of the incidents happened on the UC San Diego campus, but some of the victims were students, police said. The university says anyone who has been sexually assaulted or subject to other forms of sexual misconduct or harassment should report the incident to university officials and San Diego Police Northern Division. 1298

SAN DIEGO (KGTV)- A Pacific Beach man says his community is in need of a cleanup. He's raised hundreds of dollars to get it done.According to resident Adam Huntington, overgrown grass, untamed trees, and grimy sidewalks are just some of the mucky issues surrounding Pacific Beach.Huntington has been living in Pacific Beach for at least two decades."You've got beautiful architecture, beautiful masonry, that's just getting covered by grime and dirt."Huntington shared a video with 10News of a cruddy sidewalk on Garnet Avenue, one of Pacific Beach's main streets."We're in the middle of a pandemic right now," says Huntington. "We have an extremely unhealthy, unclean environment, and we force all of our restaurants to go outside and serve people."He hired a private company to power wash another area of Garnet Avenue over the weekend. The funds were raised by a GoFund Me Page. The cost of cleaning was ,200."We have people all over this community, wondering where our services are."We asked the city about why it's not using its services to clean up the area. A spokesperson said they don't have a statement at this time but encouraged anyone with a concern about cleanliness to report it on the city's "Get It Done" app.The city also tells 10News residents do not need a permit to clean or power wash a sidewalk on their own, but they must have a plan to prevent runoff from going into the storm drain. In San Diego alone more than 2,000 people are on the waiting list. "There's never going to be enough organs but more people need to talk about organ donation so there can be more organs," said Lisa Stocks, Lifesharing Executive Director.On Friday, transplant recipients gathered to raise awareness about the issue and celebrate their new birthdays made possible because of organ donation.People can register to become donors on the Lifesharing website or at the DMV.You can also become a living donor by giving someone one of your kidneys. 742
