The price they are looking for the greatest deal. It's too good to be true offer. They act on it. National Guard troops stationed along the US-Mexico border have contributed to 1,600 apprehensions of people crossing the border illegally and the capture of about 1,000 pounds of marijuana in their three-and-a-half weeks on the job, according to a Customs and Border Protection official.The official said the National Guard troops have also contributed to 451 "turn backs," where individuals abandon an attempt to illegally cross into the US.The official did not have comparison numbers available, so it was not possible to determine if those figures were substantially more than if National Guard troops had not been dispatched to the border. 652

NASA and SpaceX are preparing for a historic launch Sunday and a Cal Poly graduate will be at the controls in the cockpit. Victor Glover will pilot the NASA SpaceX Crew 1 mission to the International Space Station. The Southern California native and 1999 Cal Poly engineering graduate often sought advice during college, and still does today, from his professor and academic advisor Dr. Dan Walsh. "Victor was very intelligent. Victor understood that the best long term plan is a series of very excellent short term plans," Dr. Walsh told KSBY. More than a million chainsaws from Harbor Freight Tools are being recalled because the power switch can malfunction causing a serious injury hazard. According to the Consumer Product Safety Commission, even after the power switch is moved to the "off" position the chainsaws can continue to operate.Harbor Freight Tools has received 15 reports of chainsaws continuing to operate after being turned, resulting in three laceration injuries — including one serious injury to the arm requiring stitches.The recall includes two models of 14-inch chainsaws sold under three different brand names: 623
