WASHINGTON — The Supreme Court has agreed to review a court decision that the NCAA has said blurred “the line between student-athletes and professionals.” A lower court ruling removed caps on education-related money that certain football and basketball players can receive. The case will be argued before the Supreme Court in 2021 with a decision expected before the end of June. VISTA, Calif. (KGTV) -- The San Diego County Sheriff’s Department Sunday arrested four teenagers accused of stabbing a 45-year-old Oceanside man to death in Vista. According to the department, the teenagers, all between the ages of 15 and 16, reportedly attacked 45-year-old Joshua Virginia at the intersection of West Vista Way and Valencia Drive around 10 p.m. Saturday. Witnesses told deputies Virginia was able to crawl from the street to the sidewalk before collapsing.
