BOONE COUNTY, Ind. -- An Indiana Sheriff's deputy who was shot while assisting police early Friday morning will not survive his injuries according to the Boone County Sheriff.  Deputy Jacob Pickett was critically injured in a shooting while assisting the Lebanon Police Department with a pursuit of a wanted individual. He is being kept alive on life support so that his organs can be donated. At least one other law enforcement officer on the scene returned fire, striking one of the suspects.Pickett was taken to St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis where he was last listed in critical condition. The injured suspect, identified as Anthony Bumgarht, 21, is in stable condition at this time. Two other suspects, John D. Baldwin Sr., 55, and John D, Baldwin Jr., 28, both fled after the shooting. Baldwin Jr. was arrested a short time later after a wrong-way pursuit on I-65.   926

Beverage maker Coca-Cola has slowly been announcing the cancelation of brands over the last few months, this week they officially announced they are cutting the number of brands they offer in half: saying goodbye to 200 brands.Earlier this month, the company announced plans to discontinue Odwalla juices, Zico coconut water, TaB diet soda, Coca-Cola Life, Diet Coke Feisty Cherry, as well as regional brands like Northern Neck Ginger Ale and Delaware Punch.In a statement, the company said reducing their brands by 50 percent will help them focus on its most profitable offerings and new offerings like Topo Chico hard seltzer and AHA flavored sparkling water.In a comment to investors, CEO James Quincey said they had finalized the list of which brands will remain, but he would not give specifics. He did say the "hydration" category, which includes drinks like Dasani water, Powerade, Vitamin Water and Zico, will see more cuts, according to CNN. Zico was already announced as being on the chopping block. "Throughout this year's crisis, our system has remained focused on its beverages for life strategy. BONSALL, Calif. (KGTV) - Victims of the Lilac Fire are concerned after the Federal Emergency Management Agency overshared personal information on millions of people. The Office of Inspector General released a report showing FEMA gave 2.3 million hurricane and wildfire victims’ private information like bank account numbers, social security numbers, and home addresses to a contractor.Peter Andrew lost his home in the Lilac Fire. He’s since rebuilt, but learning the news about FEMA is concerning to him.“It’s always a concern when information is compromised, but in this case, the contractors went above and beyond, and I’d trust them with that information if it was an accident," said Andrew.Pat Damon also lost her home in the Lilac Fire. FEMA helped her rebuild, and she says she gave them all of her personal information. She’s worried after hearing they gave out personal information.
