 SAN DIEGO (CNS) - The San Diego County Board of Supervisors will consider an appeal Wednesday intended to block construction of a Hindu temple on county land.Community members are concerned that a proposed Sringeri Vidya Bharati Foundation temple may increase traffic and have a "negative impact on community character," according to the county.The 10-acre building is proposed for a vacant 19-acre plot north of and adjacent to Old San Pasqual Road and south of State Route 78, between Summit Drive and San Pasqual Trail.The county Planning Commission approved a major land use permit for the temple in February.County Planning and Development Services officials recommend that supervisors deny the appeal so construction can move forward. 759

And it's usually between 20 to 30 sheets per package and that's plenty for you to do a lot of giftwrapping."However, you’ll need to remember to use two to three sheets, so you don’t see the gift and the tissue doesn't rip. Soft items like clothes can be hard to wrap, especially if you don’t have a box. Witulski suggests using two sheets of tissue. Roll the item, place it on the tissue and then start to roll up the clothes into the tissue, making it look like a piece of candy. He was on his normal route, making his normal deliveries. But in an instant, Romulo Ruiz's life changed forever. "Those brackets are holding my bones together," Ruiz said in Spanish. He went from totally healthy to bedridden after a horrific workplace accident. On September 12, 2019, the mail carrier was in National City, standing behind his truck. A man suffering a seizure behind the wheel struck Ruiz and pinned him against his vehicle. The wheels behind Ruiz continued to turn until witnesses stopped the car. "We got into the other car, and put it into reverse so we can release the USPS man, and he just fell to the ground," witness Mohammed Farha said. Then they cared for Ruiz until emergency crews took him to the hospital. Two weeks later, Ruiz is at UCSD Medical Center in Hillcrest, recovering from his severe injuries. "The plan is, the doctors will place brackets inside my legs rather than have them outside," Ruiz said, pointing at his legs.Doctors said the road to recovery would be a long and tough one. The donation is the largest ever for any school in the county.
