A man is being charged with assault after fighting with an IHOP manager last week after the manager asked the party to leave a IHOP in Memphis, WREG-TV reported. According to WREG, the IHOP manager asked Malachi O'Kelley's party of five to leave for being loud. A video of the incident shows most of the party leaving when O'Kelley allegedly attacked the manager. One of the members of the party threw a chair at the manager during the scuffle. Other members of the party also threw plates at IHOP employee. The manager responded by throwing a chair at one of the members of the party.WREG reported the manager received multiple stitches to the back of his head, above the eye and near the eyebrow. No other people have been charged in connection to last week's incident. The manager is reportedly back to work, and is looking at increasing security at the restaurant.  Note: Viewers may find video of incident disturbing 984

A college football player from the College of Wooster in Ohio died on Sunday, after he was transported to the hospital following a game on Saturday. Clayton Geib, who was an All-Conference offensive lineman from London, Ohio, died at the age of 21. Geib was a three-year starter for NCAA Division III Wooster, starting in 33 games. According to the college's athletic department, Geib was transported to the hospital on Saturday after complaining that he did not feel well. The cause of his death is unknown. "Clayton was a wonderful student and member of the College of Wooster community, and beloved by many," said Sarah R. Bolton, Wooster's president, "Our hearts are breaking, and all our prayers and thoughts are with Clayton's family, teammates, and friends."Wooster is located Northeast Ohio. Geib's death is the second among college football players in the area this year. In June, freshman Tyler Heintz died following football conditioning drills at Kent State. Heintz's cause of death was ruled as hyperthermia by a coroner. It was later discovered that Kent State employed a conditioning coach who could not produce proper credentials.  1230

A Boynton Beach, Florida woman accused of shooting her husband five times over HOA complaints will not be charged with attempted murder.State prosecutors declined to file charges against Lisa Barreca Thursday morning. Police arrested Barreca last month, saying she shot her husband and caused wounds to his head, both his arms, his right leg and back.Barreca planned to use the stand your ground defense.A spokesperson for the Palm Beach County State Attorney's Office said the agency did not complete their investigation within the 30-day mandatory filing period. The SAO is able to file charges in the future, if they choose to do so.The Boynton Beach Police Department completed their investigation into the case, according to Public Information Officer Stephanie Slater.Barreca was ordered to be released on her own recognizance following a Thursday morning court hearing and the case was closed in court records. Barreca, who lives on Aspen Leaf Drive, was talking about HOA complaints with her husband Eric Barreca in their kitchen when he told police that the situation started to escalate.  The police report said that Lisa Barreca then went into the garage, retrieved her gun and shot him. Lisa Barreca was hospitalized and then was taken to the Palm Beach County Jail. A major manhunt is under way after an improvised explosive device exploded on a London Underground train, injuring 29 people in what police have called a terrorist incident.None of the injured are thought to be in a serious or life-threatening condition, according to the London Ambulance Service, which took 19 of the injured to hospitals.
