A woman accused of mailing poison to President Donald Trump sent six similar letters to prison officials in Texas, according to court documents obtained by Scripps station WKBW in Buffalo, New York.Pascale Ferrier was arrested Sunday on the Peace Bridge — the bridge over Lake Erie that connects the U.S. and Canada at Buffalo, New York. Pascale, who was reportedly in possession of a gun and a knife, was charged with threatening the President of the United States.Ferrier's arrest came a day after the FBI announced it was investigating a suspicious letter addressed to Trump that contained ricin, a poison found naturally in castor seeds.According to an arrest warrant obtained Tuesday, Ferrier's referred to Trump in her letter as "The Ugly Tyrant Clown," and called for him to resign."You ruin USA and lead them to disaster. I have US cousins, then I don't want the next 4 years with you as president. Give up and remove your application for this election," she allegedly wrote.Ferrier's letter also referred to a "special gift" included in the envelope."This gift is in this letter," she allegedly wrote. " If it doesn't work, I'll find better recipe for another poison, or I might use my gun when I'll be able to come. Enjoy! FREE REBEL SPIRIT."According to an affidavit, the letters found in Texas also included a powdery substance, references to trying "another recipe" and also included the signature "FREE REBEL SPIRIT." Fingerprints taken from the letters match Ferrier's prints on file, according to court paperwork.The Royal Canadian Mounted Police are also investigating the incident. A Milledgeville, Georgia boy was arrested on Friday when a gun discharged from the boy's backpack inside an elementary school, WMAZ-TV reported. The boy attends Lakeview Academy, a school for students in grades 3 through 5. The boy told investigators that he was unaware that there was a gun in his backpack, and that he had never seen the firearm before. The gun reportedly went off as he was going through his backpack in the back of the classroom. After authorities arrived at the school, he was placed under arrest. The boy is facing four charges, according to WMAZ: Carrying a weapon in a school zone; reckless conduct; disrupting or interfering with public school; and possession of a pistol by a person under 18. Baldwin County Sheriff's Maj. Scott Deason told WMAZ that the firearm was a stolen Smith & Wesson 9-millimeter. Deason told the Union Reporter that that student could not explain to investigators how he ended up with the gun.“They questioned the juvenile in the presence of his mother,” Deason told the Union Reporter. “The mother also stated she didn’t know how the gun got into her son’s book bag.”The Union Reporter added that the boy is not allowed back in school until after he goes through the court system. 1320

A Wisconsin man is accused of trying to buy a lethal dose of a radioactive substance on the Internet to try and kill someone. Justin Tolomeo, Special Agent in Charge of the Milwaukee Division of the Federal Bureau of Investigation said in a news release Jeremy Ryan, 30, of the Town of Madison has been charged with attempted possession of radioactive material with intent to cause death.Ryan allegedly attempted to buy the lethal dose in March and October of 2018. He was arrested on Tuesday. Ryan, who was dubbed “Segway Boy” faced multiple felony drug charges in 2016. He got the nickname after he was seen riding a Segway around the state capitol in 2011 taunting Republican lawmakers. He also attempted a congressional run against Paul Ryan in 2012. The attempted possession of radioactive material with intent to cause death charge carries a maximum term of life in prison. The case is being prosecuted by the U.S. Attorney's Office in Wisconsin’s Western District.  1010
