Garcia is determined not to let cerebral palsy keep him from pursuing his passion for wrestling. "Losers makes excuses, winners make adjustments," he told 10News, adding that wrestling helped save his life.Garcia wrestled two seasons at Del Norte, and went on to be named the most inspirational wrestler in the state of California.
