(KGTV) - A San Diego County psychiatrist who reportedly had offices in Chula Vista, San Ysidro, Kearny Mesa and El Cajon was in custody Thursday on suspicion of sexual battery and having sex with a patient.Leon Fajerman, 75, was charged with five counts in an arrest warrant issued Wednesday.Among the charges was a violation of Business and Professions Code 729(a), which details that any physician, psychiatrist or counselor who has sexual relations with a patient or terminates a relationship with a patient for the purpose of having sexual contact is guilty of sexual exploitation.In September 2017, court records showed that Fajerman assaulted three female patients, including one who said he groped her breasts and buttocks, according to the Union-Tribune.The complaints were turned in to the Medical Board of California. Fajerman surrendered his medical license May 15, 2018.Fajerman received his medical degree from the University of Buenos Aires and had been in practice for more than 20 years, according to US News. 1033

(KGTV) - A professor who made disparaging racial remarks toward a student may be returning to the San Diego State University campus after a forced hiatus.Professor Oscar Monge is scheduled to teach three writing classes in the American Indian Students department for Fall 2018, according to registration records.Monge was suspended in the beginning of 2018 after the California Attorney General's Office said he made discriminatory remarks toward a white student.He referred to white student as a "white savior," a black student as an "Uncle Tom," and another as a "Cherokee princess" according to a state investigator’s report.RELATED: Professor makes?"racial insensitive" remarksA spokesperson for SDSU provided a statement to 10News:“A faculty listing does not constitute a confirmed appointment. The university will begin to process temporary faculty appointments for Fall 2018 during the month of July."Crystal Sudano, one of the students who Monge made comments toward, said this is bad idea.“How much more abuse is San Diego State going to take?” said Sudano, “He’s got everybody by the gonads and everybody’s afraid to do anything.”Monge is currently on administrative leave and has not returned multiple requests by 10News for comment. 1297

  

(KGTV) — Former Blink-182 guitarist and Poway native Tom DeLonge is set to host a History Channel series centered on proving the existence of UFOs.The six-part series "Unidentified: Inside America's UFO Investigation" will feature DeLonge's interview with a former military intelligence official, Luis Elizondo, who confirmed the Pentagon's UFO program. According to the Associated Press, Elizondo told The New York Times in 2017 he used to run the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program. (KGTV) - Did McDonald's in Japan really come out with new cups that, when held at certain angles, show two children in X-rated positions?Yes.Last month, McDonald's in Japan unveiled special designs for its new McFizz drinks.They're supposed to show 2 children falling in love. When the cup is empty, the boy on one side and the girl on the other side line up and share an innocent, intimate moment.But customers quickly realized that if you angle the cups the boy and girl are engaging in some very naughty behavior.Social media is now filled with the X-rated images.No comment from McDonald's which has not pulled the cups from its restaurants. 654
