Valerie Harper, best known for her role as Rhoda Morgenstern on the Mary Tyler Moore show, and continued her character on the sitcom "Rhoda," has died after a lengthy battle with cancer at the age of 80, ABC News confirmed. WASHINGTON (AP) — A federal judge has sharply rebuked Attorney General William Barr's handling of the special counsel's Russia report.
