Amaral is diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease and known to frequent the areas of Chicano Park and Logan Heights.Police described her as a Hispanic woman, about 5-feet tall, and weighing 125 pounds. She has brown eyes, grey hair, and was last seen wearing a black floral, long sleeve sweater and turqoise pants.She does not know how to use public transportation, police say, and has little money on her.Anyone with information is asked to call SDPD at 619-531-2000. 795

Tyler Glenn, lead singer of the popular band Neon Trees, is recovering after suffering a stroke last week.In a post to Instagram on Monday, Glenn, 36, said that he woke up Thursday feeling "foggy and not seeing clearly out of my right eye."Glenn wrote that he held off going to the hospital to see if his condition would improve, but visited an ophthalmologist when he woke up the next morning feeling the same way.The doctor found a retinal edema in Glenn's eye and told him he had suffered a stroke. Glenn was admitted to Intermountain Medical Center for cardiology and neurological tests."I’m quite freaked out being 36, ostensibly healthy and having this happen." said Glenn. "I’m still awaiting reasons why, although my labs and the results show a clean bill of health in my heart and blood."Glenn says he still has cloudy vision in his eye, but was told the condition could dissipate.Glenn ended the post with a health recommendation for all his fans."I appreciate the love and support, and hope I can at least get an answer as to why this occurred. They did not provide details about her condition or the location.SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - San Diego Police asked for the public’s help Friday to find a missing at-risk teenager. The 15-year-old girl was last seen about 4 a.m. near the 15000 block of Via Montecristo in the Del Sur neighborhood. The location is near Del Sur Elementary School. UPDATE SATURDAY, JUNE 26 - 7:50 A.M.ESCONDIDO POLICE WATCH COMMANDER TOLD ABC 10NEWS THE MISSING WOMAN WAS FOUND FRIDAY IN ESCONDIDO AND "WAS OK."---SAN DIEGO (KGTV) -- San Diego County sheriff’s officials are asking for the public’s help in finding a woman who disappeared after a trip to Pala Casino.According to sheriff’s officials, someone contacted deputies at the department’s San Marcos station just after 10:30 a.m. Thursday to report Katelyn Schwindt missing.The person who contacted deputies said the 27-year-old Schwindt posted a message on her Facebook page that indicated she was at Pala Casino on the evening of June 24. In the same message, Schwindt wrote that she was possibly drugged and assaulted.ABC 10News spoke with Schwindt's friend, Krystle Hudnell. When Hudnell saw the Facebook posts, she said there were too many typos for it to be a joke.Some parts of it read:"I DONT KNOW WHAT HAS HAPPE D I HAVE BEEN ASSULTED AND I AM LOST AND SCARED…""PLEASEV IM INNEDD OF HELP BAD IM INJURED I THINK IM BEING KID NAPPED…""As soon as I saw her post, it didn't seem like her, and it just seemed really scary," Hudnell said.Officials said deputies and detectives from the San Marcos station investigated but were unable to find her.Schwindt is white, 5 feet 5 inches tall, and has brown hair and brown eyes.
