OMAHA, Nebraska — Omaha resident and Sutton native Elliott Bottorf got a surprise while on a Saturday morning drive in North Central Nebraska. Bottorf and his wife passed a longhorn steer riding in the passenger's side of a sedan on Highway 20 near O'Neill.  A cattle guard replaced the passenger's door and part of the roof was taken off the vehicle for the steer's head to stick out.As of Wednesday, the video, which he posted to Facebook on March 17, had been viewed more than 3.8 million times and shared more than 80,000 times.Some have commented wondering if the steer was real or fake."At first, I wasn't sure if it was alive or not but after reviewing the video you could clearly see that it had some snot coming out of its nose," Bottorf explained. "You could see its eyes blinking."The driver and the steer were on their way to O'Neill to be in the St. Patrick's Day Parade. 922

(KGTV) - An Oceanside homeowner got a shock at work when his phone alerted him to intruders inside his tented condo.James says around 5 in the morning in late September, his heart dropped when the security alert showed him a real-time image: an intruder, wearing a headlamp in his 11-year-old daughter's bedroom."Seeing a stranger in my house, especially my daughter's room, is very nerve wracking," said James.His daughter wasn't home. No one was. His condo, along with the entire Pamilla Del Oro community was wrapped in a fumigation tent. That day was the last of a three-day fumigation.As it turns out, the burglars had sliced the tent and removed a screen before making an appearance on James' phone. He called 9-1-1. Police showed up soon after."They set up a perimeter and called the guys out. One came crawling out," said James.James showed 10News a photo of that man handcuffed. Two other intruders captured on by the cameras got away. None of them wore masks. They didn't take much from the home, only a few fishing knives."We took our valuables out before the fumigation," said James. Due to increased crowds for holiday travel, Amtrak is encouraging passengers to plan ahead and book early. Reservations will be mandatory between Wednesday, Nov. 27 and Monday, Dec. 2. Metrolink and COASTER passes will not be accepted onboard Pacific Surfliner trains during this time, however Amtrak monthly and 10-ride passes may still be used. The Pacific Surfliner route travels between San Diego, Orange County, Los Angeles, Ventura, Santa Barbara, and San Luis Obispo. It offers a total of 26 trains a day between Los Angeles and San Diego. IBCCES says that Sesame Place is "the first theme park in the world to receive such a distinction."Sesame Place is located at 100 Sesame Road in Langhorne, Pennsylvania. The park features rides, shows, parades, and full size characters and opens for the season on April 28 at 10:00 a.m.The Sesame team members were trained in sensory awareness, motor skills, autism overview, program development, social skills, communication, environment, and emotional awareness, so that staff members can cater to all guests who visit the park.One of the most helpful outcomes of this certification is the IBCCES?Sensory Guide, which breaks down each of the rides' stimuli.
