VISTA, Calif. (KGTV) — San Diego Sheriff's Department is asking for help locating a missing man in the North County.Deonicio Sebastian, 67, was last seen Monday at his home on W. Indian Rock Rd. in Vista. SDSO says Sebastian left his home on foot sometime Monday, taking his wallet but leaving his cellphone.Sebastian's family has not had any contact with him since.He's described as a Hispanic man, about 5-foot 4-inches tall, and weighing about 200 pounds. He has a receding hairline and dark brown complexion. His family also says he cannot read or write.Sebastian walks with a limp and requires medication every six hours for health issues, including diabetes, high blood pressure, and asthma. He also has a pacemaker.SDSO said Sebastian commonly walks, or rides the bus or train to various places to run errands, buy food, and go to medical appointments. He has also been known to walk from his home to Arango Green Growers at 2266 Bautista Ave. to work.Anyone with information on Sebastian's whereabouts or who sees him is asked to call SDSO at 858-565-5200. 1072

Video obtained by Fox News shows Speaker Nancy Pelosi inside of a San Francisco salon getting her hair styled amid a citywide restriction on salons from being open during the coronavirus pandemic. While it appears Pelosi and the eSalon may have violated the city’s order on Monday, a spokesperson for Pelosi claimed that the speaker did not violate the city’s mandate.In the video, Pelosi is seen without a mask over her mouth or nose while inside the salon.“The Speaker always wears a mask and complies with local COVID requirements. This business offered for the Speaker to come in on Monday and told her they were allowed by the city to have one customer at a time in the business. The Speaker complied with the rules as presented to her by this establishment," Drew Hammill, deputy chief of staff for Pelosi, told San Francisco’s KTVU.On Tuesday, the city began allowing salons to open for outdoor operations, while continuing to prohibit operations indoors.The salon’s owner Erica Kious told Fox News that she released the video of Pelosi’s visit to show a double standard in California’s plan to reopen amid the pandemic.“It was a slap in the face that she went in, you know, that she feels that she can just go and get her stuff done while no one else can go in, and I can’t work,” Kious told the network. WASHINGTON — President Donald Trump is shaking up his campaign amid sinking poll numbers, replacing campaign manager Brad Parscale with veteran GOP operative Bill Stepien.Trump and Parscale’s relationship had been strained since a Tulsa, Oklahoma, rally that drew a dismal crowd, infuriating the president.Parscale was a political novice when he ran Trump's digital advertising in 2016 and was credited with helping bring about his surprise victory.Stepien has been in politics for years, working for former New Jersey Gov. Voters in Colorado have rejected a measure that would have added buffer zones for new oil and gas drilling areas.The passage of Proposition 112 would have banned drilling of wells within 2,500 feet of occupied buildings, water sources and other "vulnerable" areas. VISTA (CNS) - A homeless man accused of fatally stabbing a fellow transient outside an Escondido fast-food restaurant was ordered today to stand trial on a murder charge.John Christopher Burns, 48, is accused of stabbing Jose De Jesus Martinez in the neck shortly before 6:30 p.m. on Jan. 27, outside the Burger King on West Valley Parkway.According to preliminary hearing testimony, witnesses said Burns made statements indicating he believed the 32-year-old victim was trying to steal his bicycle, which had been left outside the restaurant.Martinez was taken to Palomar Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead, according to the Escondido Police Department.Burns was arrested by San Diego County sheriff's deputies at the Pala Casino one day after Martinez's death.He's due back in court Sept. 2 for a Superior Court arraignment. 844
