(KGTV) — A new challenger is approaching the video game market, and it's aiming to become the Netflix of video games.Google Tuesday introduced a new video game streaming service called Stadia. The platform promises to deliver gamers instant access to games on TV, mobile devices, or desktop computers in resolutions up to 4K and 60 frames per second."When players use Stadia, they'll be able to access their games at all times, and on virtually any screen," the company said in a release. However, Google has also inserted a Google Assistant button for its AI-powered virtual assistant. (KGTV) -- A Central Valley man has been arrested for reportedly attempting to join ISIS, according to KGO.The man, identified as Bernard Raymond Augustine, 20, from Keyes, California was arrested on charges of providing material support to terrorists.Augustine was taken into custody while trying to enter Libya to join the Islamic State terrorist group.Augustine is expected to make his first appearance in federal court in Brooklyn Tuesday, according to authorities.Records show that Augustine told U.S. Customs he was going to Tunisia, where he was later arrested, for a vacation.After searching through his computer, authorities discovered a song that praised ISIS and messages sent by Augustine that seemed to do the same. 740

(KGTV) — A vintage-looking license plate didn't fool a Southern California officer in Moorpark.A Moorpark Police officer recently pulled over a tractor-trailer to conduct a traffic stop for a false license plate, the Ventura County Sheriff's Department said in a release Monday. The plate appeared to be designed after California's 1960s vintage plates — though with some obvious differences.Instead of "California" the plate read "Califas." The plate's lettering also appeared uneven.During the traffic stop, the driver of the truck appeared to be under the influence, the sheriff's department says. The motorcycle officer's assumption turned out to be correct, the department said, as the driver was arrested for being under the influence, possession of methamphetamine, being an unlicensed driver, and having an active arrest warrant.Authorities ended up towing the truck, as well, citing it was unsafe to drive, the department said. 944

(KGTV) — A California Highway Patrol officer found himself in the right place at just the right time this week on a Northern California freeway.CHP officer Jeffrey Lloyd was completing a traffic stop on State Route 99 Monday when an SUV pulled up behind him. A woman in the right passenger seat was going into labor and about to give birth, according to CHP'S South Sacramento office.Officer Lloyd informed dispatch of the situation and gatherer medical equipment to help deliver the baby right there on the freeway. RELATED: San Diego welcomes first baby of 2019 in Chula VistaAs soon as he made it back to the vehicle, he began comforting the mother and helped deliver the newborn girl, CHP says."He carefully unwrapped the umbilical cord from the baby’s head and made sure both mother and baby were stable," according to South Sacramento CHP. "Officer Lloyd notified dispatch of the birth and stayed with the mother and baby until medical personal from the Sacramento City Fire Department arrived on scene."The mother and newborn were transported to a nearby hospital and were said to be in excellent health and resting Tuesday. 1139
