A man accused of posing as an attorney in Madison, Tennessee is now facing more charges, according to police documents.Sex crimes detectives have been working for a year to determine if alleged rapist Wayne Willemsen is connected to other sexual assaults. He was just indicted on rape and kidnapping charges stemming from an incident in 2017.Police said he branded himself as an attorney in Madison and used his position to meet his victims. The 43-year-old was accused last March of raping one of his clients. Willemsen was already on the state sex offender registry for sexually assaulting a 16-year-old in Michigan.The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation also charged him several months ago with impersonating an attorney.Detectives said aren't done looking into his behavior and urged anyone who may have been victimized by Willemsen to call the Sex Crimes Section at 615-862-7540 or 615-862-8600. Previous Story: 938

A feud with the first lady's office is expected to cost a senior national security adviser her job after she sparred with East Wing staff and other key members of the Trump administration.The dispute spilled into public view in extraordinary fashion on Tuesday when the first lady's office released a statement calling for deputy national security adviser Mira Ricardel's ouster as reports surfaced that President Donald Trump would fire the official.A White House official confirmed to CNN that Trump has told people that Ricardel will be fired. But the official said she has been given some time to clear out her desk. It was not immediately clear when she would officially make her exit."It is the position of the Office of the First Lady that (Ricardel) no longer deserves the honor of serving in this White House," the first lady's communications director Stephanie Grisham said in a statement on Tuesday.The statement amounted to a stunning public rebuke by a first lady of a senior official serving in her husband's administration. A bond has been set for a man accused of chasing after and shooting at a Rochester teen seeking directions to school. Jeff Ziegler, a former lieutenant in the Detroit Fire Department, was arraigned on felony charges of being in possession of a firearm and assault with intent to murder. His bond was set at ,000.According to Assistant Prosecutor Kelly Collins, Ziegler has a previous weapons conviction from 2005.  The judge additionally ordered the Rochester man to not have direct contact with the victim or his family, and to surrender all of his weapons to the Oakland County Sheriff's Department. He must also wear a GPS tether and attend mental health counseling two days a week. Because the suspect stays within a 10 mile radius of the victim, the judge ordered that if bond is made, he will be required to find another place to live. When 14-year-old Brennan Walker missed the bus and tried to walk to school Friday morning, he got lost after he couldn't remember the route. That's when Walker attempted to ask for directions at a nearby home.Zeigler allegedly chased after Walker and fired a shot because he and his wife believed the 14-year-old was attempting to break into their home, according to a press release.    1319
