A proposed bill introduced by Missouri Rep. Andrew McDaniel would require all Missouri state residents to own an AR-15 rifle. House Bill 1108, or the McDaniel Militia Act, proposes that every resident of the state of Missouri "shall own at least one AR-15 rifle."A resident, the language in the proposed bill states, is someone who is "18 years of age or older and under 35 years of age" who is not prohibited by law from possessing a fire arm. "Any person who qualifies as a resident on August 28, 2019, and who does not own an AR-15 shall have one year to purchase an AR-15. Any resident qualifies as a resident after August 28, 2019, and does not own an AR-15 shall purchase an AR-15 no later than one year after qualifying as a resident," language in the bill states. AKRON, Ohio — A fight over hot dogs at a Speedway gas station in Ohio on Saturday night led to a wild brawl caught on video that started inside and spilled out into the parking lot, according to a police report.Shortly after midnight, police were flagged down at Speedway 390 East Exchange Street, for a reference to a fight. A 27-year-old woman said she was standing in line at Speedway with her friend when she let another female know that she shouldn’t steal a hot dog since the gas station has cameras.The female and her friends “didn’t take kindly to that comment” and they punched the 27-year-old woman, the report says.A Good Samaritan saw what was going on and attempted to get the group of females off of the 27-year-old woman. A Maryland rapper was shot and killed in Annapolis over the weekend.Officers received a call about shots fired and found a single vehicle crashed at the scene Saturday. The only occupant of that vehicle, Edward Montre Seay, 32, of Chester, died from gunshot wounds, police said.Seay was also a rapper who went by the stage name Tre Da Kid, said Sgt. 362

American rapper A$AP Rocky has been charged with assault after a confrontation in Stockholm in June, prosecutors said.The 30-year-old -- whose real name is Rakim Mayers -- has been in custody since July 3, following a confrontation in the Swedish capital on June 30.The rapper's lawyer, Slobodan Jovicic, has maintained he was defending himself after being assaulted and that his client is innocent."We think it was self-defense, but the prosecutor has chosen to go with the injured party's version," Jovicic said, adding that his client is "very disappointed" that the prosecutor has "chosen to go with the other party's version" of events.Swedish public prosecutor Daniel Suneson claims A$AP Rocky and two other men assaulted the victim by kicking and beating him with a whole or part of a glass bottle, according to court documents seen by CNN.All three have been charged for their involvement in the brawl and will remain in custody until the trial, which will begin on Tuesday.Suneson said that he had determined the events constituted a crime "despite claims of self-defense and provocation" after reviewing video material and witness statements."It is worth noting that I have had access to a greater amount of material than that which has previously been available on the internet.
