A new lawsuit says a woman who tried on lipstick at a Sephora cosmetics store in Hollywood, California got herpes from the sample.The unidentified woman claims it happened at the store in October 2015, according to a report by TMZ. She ended up with herpes on her lip and says she never had it before the visit to the store.The documents say the store failed to clearly warn the woman of the risk of getting a disease from using samples of lipstick there.The lawsuit says the woman is suing over the emotional distress for getting an "incurable lifelong affliction." Sephora did not respond to the TMZ article, but a spokesperson for the retailer did respond to Fashionista, saying the health and safety of its customers is a priority. A member of production on “The Batman” has tested positive for COVID-19 and the U.K shoot has been temporarily suspended. Multiple media outlets are reporting the film's star, Robert Pattinson, is the person who tested positive.A spokesperson for Warner Bros. said Thursday that the individual is isolating in accordance with established protocols and filming is temporarily paused. They would not release any other information about the situation or affected crew member.Vanity Fair and Deadline are both reporting Pattinson tested positive for coronavirus, however no other information about his situation was available.Pattinson is starring in the new film from director Matt Reeves which had resumed filming just a few days ago after an almost six-month hiatus because of the coronavirus pandemic.The film was originally supposed to hit theaters in June 2021 but was pushed back to October 2021 because of the production delays.Before filming was stopped earlier this year because of the coronavirus pandemic, enough was shot to put together a trailer for "The Batman." 1081

A mom from Kansas is trying to sort out how her son's Social Security number was used to rent a car, open bank accounts and credit cards in Milwaukee, especially since he's just 11-years-old.Wiesje Sammis said she recently got a confusing call from a Milwaukee County detective."They asked if had he rented a car? I was, of course, like, 'Ummm no, he's 11,'" said Sammis.Sammis said her son Terrelle Lewis's identity was stolen and his Social Security number was being used."I think it's kind of shocking. That you can do that these days," said Lewis.According to court documents, police found the suspect at a Walmart in West Milwaukee. He was drinking a bottle beer and walking aisles.When they asked him for ID he gave them a fake driver's license and a Social Security card with Lewis's number on it.Records show the suspect also rented a car back in January and never returned it. He also opened up multiple credit cards and bank accounts.Lewis's mother said police told her the man likely bought her son's Social Security number online. She thinks it was taken during a data breach of his health insurance company four years ago."'There's no way somebody could take a child's identity. There's just no way' is what I thought," said Sammis.Now she is worried others have his number as well."I think this will impact him long term," said Sammis.To protect children's identities, parents are encouraged to apply for a security freeze. A school bus driver's camera recorded the scary moment when another driver stopped in the middle of the Massachusetts Pike, exited his car and climbed onto the hood of the bus.Video recorded Tuesday shows a man forcing the bus to stop in the middle of the highway, then climb onto the vehicle's hood.The man got out right in the middle of the highway and he goes to the door of the bus.The bus driver does not let him in. So, he then goes back to the front and jumps right on the hood.The bus driver says the man was screaming that the windows on the bus were too dark."A man jumped on my bus going on the Mass. Turnpike, pulled me over in the middle lane and stopped the bus," said the bus driver."What did he say to you?" asked WCVB reporter John Atwater."His words were, 'Why are your windows dark?' I had the same reaction!
