EL CAJON (CNS and KGTV) - An East County man who admitted molesting an underage girl faces up to 10 years in state prison when he's sentenced March 27, prosecutors said.Shaun Crocker, 34, pleaded guilty Thursday at the El Cajon courthouse to two felony counts of committing a lewd act on a child for touching the unidentified victim, who was under the age of 14, inappropriately between September and November 2018.Prosecutors did not disclose the girl's exact age, nor would they confirm whether the defendant was related to sex offender Matthew Hedge, whose case drew headlines years after his conviction due to a judge's controversial decision to lift Hedge's sexually violent predator status and release him from custody without supervision.RELATED: Son of sex offender suspected of child molestation in San Diego CountyFollowing Crocker's arrest last year, a source told 10News that Crocker is Hedge's son.Hedge pleaded guilty in 1989 to molesting four children in the San Diego area and served 12 years in prison. (KGTV) - A man and a woman were taken into custody following a carjacking and a string of robberies targeting San Diego convenient stores early Tuesday morning.The crime spree started around 1 a.m. when the couple allegedly carjacked a victim in El Cajon.Minutes later, the couple drove to a 7-Eleven store near the intersection of San Carlos Drive and Bisby Lake Avenue, police said.A male suspect armed with a handgun walked into the store while the clerk was preparing the register for the day, San Diego Police Officer John Buttle said.CRIME NEWS: Man hospitalized following deputy-involved shooting in Lemon GroveThe armed man reached over the counter and took money out the register, then the suspect ran out of the store. The couple fled in an unknown direction with an undisclosed amount of cash, police said.Moments later, a second 7-Eleven was robbed in Spring Valley. According to police, the suspects drove off in a car matching the description of the vehicle used in the Lake Murray incident.The couple then arrived at a third store on North Euclid in National City. The 7-Eleven clerk at the store said they "had a bad feeling about the couple" and alerted police, officers told 10News. Kodak’s stock price surged last week before the company announced its plans to work with President Donald Trump’s administration in exchange for a 5 million loan. That prompted Sen. Elizabeth Warren to ask Securities and Exchange Commission to investigate whether insider trading laws have been broken. For months, Kodak's stock hovered around per share. On Monday, the stock was at .62 per share. By Wednesday, the stock jumped to .20 per share. The price has come back down since, with it dropping to .40 on Tuesday.The Wall Street Journal is now reporting the SEC has opened a probe.
