Police Chief Mike Koval in Madison, Wisconsin arrested WISC-TV Meteorologist Dave Caufield during a live newscast for "stealing spring," according to the station.Koval and Capt. The family said Takada died from complications from COVID-19. Takada retired from his house in 1999 to pursue a career in art, but it remains a respected fixture in high Paris fashion. Since 1993, the brand Kenzo has been owned by luxury goods company LVMH. He studied fashion in Tokyo before relocating to Paris and taking over a boutique there in 1970. Police in Montgomery County, Maryland, released surveillance footage Thursday from an Aug. 2 attempted carjacking in Bethesda in hopes it will lead to the arrest of the two suspects.Police said at about 9:15 p.m. on Aug. 2, a man was returning to his car parked in the garage of the Westfield Montgomery Mall when two male suspects approached him.
