On average, an individual receives a maximum benefit of around 0 per month, while a family of four can usually receive around 0 per month. However, a family of six can receive around 0 a month and, in some states, every additional family member could add around 0 in benefits a month.TANF is only for families, adults with children, and there is usually a work requirement. However, many states are relaxing the work requirement during the pandemic, and ultimately, most families are receiving 0 to 00 a month in financial assistance.“The third program is going to be on a state-by-state basis, so some UI, or unemployment insurance offices, have tried to extend benefits for longer, or tried to top off benefits,” added Pancotti. "For example, in the District of Columbia, they are planning to send checks to every PUA worker.”With all three programs, it could take up to 30 days to get enrolled, so it is recommended that those in need apply now and apply even with a new stimulus package.“Even if Congress comes to an agreement this week, it is very likely that for most, if not all UI recipients, there will be a lag in getting those top off payments,” explained Pancotti. "If there is a 0-0 top off, it will be weeks before that starts showing up on checks. It will be weeks before people who are kicked out of the system will be brought back in.” 2440

MANATEE COUNTY, Fla. — An alligator crossing a road in Manatee County led to a deadly crash on Thursday night, the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP) says.According to an FHP press release, an alligator crossing State Road 70 walked into the path of a car at around 10:40 p.m. local time. The driver tried to swerve out of the way and lost control, authorities said.Troopers say the car ran off the road, into a ditch full of water, and then crashed into a tree. MEXICO CITY (AP) — Mexico has reached a deal with the United States to pay the shortfall in its annual contribution of water from border-area rivers, by transferring rights to water held in border dams that normally supply cities and towns downstream. The agreement announced Thursday allows Mexico to meet the Oct. 24 deadline which, if missed, could have endangered a cross-border water-sharing treaty that greatly benefits Mexico. Mexican officials said they still have enough water in other dams to satisfy drinking water requirements for border cities like Reynosa and Matamoros. 592

Michael Rotondo, 30, thought he could eek out just a few more months under his parents' roof, but a New York judge ruled on Tuesday it's time for Rotondo to move out. According to the Syracuse Post-Standard, Rotondo gained praise from the judge for the legal arguments he made in court. But after a 90-minute debate, which included Judge Donald Greenwood trying to convince Rotondo to move out on his own, the judge ruled that it was legal to immediately evict the 30-year-old. Rotondo's parents had given him several notices to leave. At odds was Rotondo's belief that he was entitled to a six-month period after being formally notified that he was being evicted. The judge ruled that a six-month provision does not apply to family members. Rotondo???????'s said he was simply not ready to leave a bedroom in his parents' house. Marriott International says a guest reservation database has been breached and may have exposed information of approximately 500 million guests.The company says it is investigating and addressing the incident that involves the Starwood guest reservation database. They received an alert on Sept. 8 from an internal security tool regarding an attempt to access the Starwood guest reservation database. Marriott quickly called on security experts to help figure out what happened.Security experts learned there had been unauthorized access to the Starwood network since 2014. On Nov. 19, Marriott was able to decrypt the information and determined that the contents were from the Starwood guest reservation database.For approximately 327 million guests affected by the breach, the information accessed includes some combination of name, mailing address, phone number, email address, passport number, Starwood Preferred Guest account information, date of birth, gender, arrival and departure information, reservation date, and communication preferences.Marriott says they have established a dedicated call center (USA: 877-273-9481) to answer questions guests may have about the breach.
