A 36-year-old mother of 4 is dead after stopping along a highway in Kentucky to help another crash victim.Ana Kincart was killed Monday morning when she was struck by an oncoming car. Kincart’s stepfather, Andy Cline, remembers her as someone who would help anyone with anything they needed.“Bodacious,” he said. “Yeah, she was bubbly. Happy. Just, I guess the life of a party, almost.”Kincart witnessed a crash on I-275. Investigators say Brandon Hicks, 24, lost control of his Chevy Camaro and spun out. Kincart, a nurse at the Lawrenceburg VA for 12 years, sent a picture of the crash to her employer along with this message:"Going to stay here to help comfort the individual in the car crash. (KGTV)— There are new developments in the fight to free the San Diego-based Navy SEAL accused of murdering an ISIS POW. There is concern he could head back to the brig before his May 28th trial, even after the President intervened. Representative Duncan Hunter’s team was under the impression that his March 31 meeting with Chief Eddie Gallagher would have major consequences. "I am going to see why they are going to put him back in the brig if my staff goes and talks to Eddie Gallagher,” Representative Hunter said in a Twitter video. He told his followers he was going to meet with the Navy Liaison to get answers. RELATED: President Trump: Navy SEAL charged with murder to be moved from MCAS Miramar brigThis was after a weeks-long battle to get the Navy SEAL to ‘less restrictive confinement,’ as instructed by the President's order on March 30, 2019. Since then, the Navy immediately moved Gallagher from a single cell brig at Miramar to what they call a hotel-like barrack style building, where other sailors reside. Navy Commander Tamara Lawrence told 10News Gallagher now lives in another San Diego base, which they cannot disclose. She said his current pre-trial restrictions allow for "significant freedom of movement." Gallagher is allowed to walk anywhere inside the building and around the sidewalk. For anything outside that immediate area, he must be with an escort. She said Gallagher has unlimited access to his legal team and medical care. While he cannot have a cellphone or computer, he is allowed visitors and to make calls from a community phone. A 3-year-old suffered second-degree burns after falling into a small thermal feature at Yellowstone National Park. The National Park Service (NPS) says the child took off running from a trail before slipping and falling into the feature Friday morning. It happened near the Midway Geyser Basin. The child, who suffered burns to the lower body and back, was airlifted to the Burn Center at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center.According to NPS, the ground in hydrothermal areas, like at Yellowstone, is fragile and thin. Just below the surface is scalding water.Visitors to Yellowstone are asked to always remain on boardwalks and trails. They’re also encouraged to exercise extreme caution around thermal features. This certainly isn’t the first time someone has been injured in a thermal area like this. This past May, NPS says another visitor, who illegally entered the park, fell into thermal feature at Old Faithful while taking photos.Similar instances have been reported in previous years as well. In 2016 and 2000, people actually died as a result of falling into hot springs, NPS says. 1099
