A Chicago house party devolved into chaos when a dispute led to the shootings of 13 people -- possibly at random, police said.The 13 victims range from 16 to about 48 years old, said Fred Waller, chief of the Chicago Police Bureau of Patrol.Four of the victims -- including the 16-year-old -- are hospitalized in critical condition. A Beach City, Ohio, woman was arrested for allegedly running an officer off the road while police were chasing her boyfriend.Angela Moseley, 43, is facing several charges, including felonious assault, complicity to failure to comply and obstruction of justice. She was picked up Thursday afternoon in Akron by the U.S. Marshals Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force.Police released body and dash camera video of the incident, which took place Sunday afternoon.According to Sgt. Nicholas Antonides, the video shows a gray Cadillac, driven by Moseley, swerve towards to the left just as Massillon Officer Anthony Crabtree starts to pass her Beach City. The officer briefly went off the road, but was able to maintain control."It was a brief thing. However, it was a big deal. It could have turned into something catastrophic," Antonides said. "It could have cost an officer's life. It could have cost her life."Officer don't believe the maneuver was an accident. At the time, officers were chasing Wayne Penick, 44, of Beach City. A former East Pittsburgh police officer charged in the shooting death of 17-year-old Antwon Rose II will begin his trial on Tuesday.The killing of the unarmed black teenager last year triggered protests and outrage in Pittsburgh over the officer's use of deadly force. The former officer, Michael Rosfeld, 30, faces a criminal homicide charge, which includes murder, voluntary manslaughter and involuntary manslaughter under Pennsylvania law.The jury has been selected from Dauphin County, which is about 200 miles from Pittsburgh, after a ruling that the publicity around the case had affected the jury pool in Allegheny County. She says while it is a high-profile event, she cautions to not call it “political theater.” “Impeachment was the last gasp, right? If someone did something completely antithetical to the nature of the Republic, if they were essentially unfit to serve in office, the founders wanted to have a backstop remedy, other than an election,” Nourse said. Here’s how the process will unfold: 1. Several House committees will hold public hearings. It’s up to the judiciary committee to decide if the full House will vote on impeachment. 2. Democrats hold the majority in the House– there are 235 of them. At least 218 representatives need to vote for impeachment for it to move on to the Senate. 3. The Senate holds the impeachment trial and acts as a jury. 4. Republicans have the majority in that chamber— 53 seats. An impeachment conviction requires a two-thirds majority vote.
